What I usually do is sear them and then they go in the oven/air fryer since they're effectively the same thing, the air fryer just preheats faster. Taste sort of plasticy imo, but it wasn't a very expensive air fryer. Good on you for not overcooking the broccoli, most people don't realize if you cook the crap out of vegetables they lose all the vitamins and minerals you wanted anyways. Ah, OK. This is a pretty good air fryer I think. It was listed at $149 but I got it for $99. 10 qt and has a rotisserie. I'm going to try that soon. I microwaved the broccoli. It was frozen broccoli and I don't know how I'd do that in the air fryer. These frozen Tyson chicken breasts are just OK. I got them because meat is stupid expensive right now. --- |
