CosmicShadows 03/28/21 12:27:18 PM #11	DuranOfForcena posted... looks like a good fridge. what do you not like about your eating habits? trying to eat healthier or what? or just less? i've found healthy meal planning and prepping really helps me control my eating habits. having everything for my grilled chicken, grain, and veggie bowls prepped, frozen, and ready to throw in the microwave just makes it easier and more appealing to have that over something less healthy that i'd have to make or shell out the money to order or go pick up. also, loading up on healthy stuff like lean protein, fiber, and complex carbs will make you feel fuller for longer and reduce the temptation to snack in between meals. steel cut oatmeal and scrambled eggs with healthy veggies like spinach or onions and bellpeppers are a good healthy way of getting all that for breakfast. Haven't had a working fridge in months. So now i can actually learn how to prep meals. Also ice cream is my worst nightmare. --- Your human level has changed to GOD.
