no, I didn't miss the point. they made a dumb assumption. every other post ISN'T that, so I don't know where you get those stats from. I can easily ignore the posts related to sexual assault and not comment on them - it's the same thing as ignoring. That's what I do. I don't read it, and I forget about it.

If you genuinely think "every other post" is what you say it is, then you don't know what you're talking about. Unless you were exaggerating, which you were, so yeah

Pales in comparison to BL2, unfortunately

BL3 has WAY too many guns. Too many to count. Sounds like fun, until (in the end game) you're picking up a new legendary every 5 kills and since there's 200+ (it seems like) and you only have 40 weapon slots in your backpack (roughly). That's before mentioning the HUNDREDS of variations of annointed weapons.

Matchmaking? Fucking sucks. There are 20+ queues for matchmaking (more since they added an extra Mayhem level) so finding randoms to play with is borderline impossible. The server browser in BL2 worked fine

Characters range from fine to insufferable. New classes are fun, graphics are slightly better, music is on par with 2. Gameplay is probably the best it's been in the series.

i give it a 5/10 overall. kept me engaged for one playthrough and then I was done. Hopefully you like it better

I mean, the cop might have meant to do it, or was over-stressing during the situation, finger slipped (yup, that qualifies as an accident - an unacceptable one of course - although I guess that calls into question the use of the word "accident" in identifying what happened here)

They should drop the accidental part and simply say what happened. Putting accident there makes it look really bad (as if it wasn't bad enough)

Looters are bad, it's also completely irrelevant and not at all where your mind should be going. It's an obvious attempt to deflect the conversation away from cops killing yet another minority.

No, that's one of my reactions. I don't need to spend any time working on myself. I can have two reactions, and I most certainly can (on rightful ground) call out people who go around beating out windows of businesses that do not belong to them and steal things that do not belong to them because of an atrocity that was committed.

I can have a reaction to someone getting unjustifiably shot and killed by police, and believe me, it's pretty fucking sickening. IMO it doesn't deflect the conversation away, it just shows me both sides. Cops are ruining people's lives and something has to change. Unfortunately, with these actions (the looting), we have absolutely no idea how someone else's life is affected (yes, business owners have potentially lost livelihoods because of damage done to their properties that "isn't covered" by insurance for whatever reason)

It's a giant problem, but you are right, the police killing is the immediate issue, because it is MUCH more of a widespread problem (beyond the United States) than instances of looting. But my mind is still going to think about the other people who are affected because of this chain reaction of events. If correcting the issue with the whole police system fixed all of this, then it would be the ONLY relevant issue. These police shootings prompt looting, but aren't the only explanation as to why these instances of looting exist

Someone in this topic said the looting was justified. If it is, then that means that potentially ruining other people's lives is justified.
