And they are still justifying all of their war strikes using the Iraq war. So yes, it is relevant, whether you are educated on the topic or not. A war that was illegal under international law to begin with, that is being used to justify completely unrelated airstrikes.

I'm am not happy to know he's cherry-picking what countries he's bombing illegally. If you want to declare war on another country you have to get approval from the Senate. There's a process here. The US government doesn't respect other countries enough to declare war on them before attacking them and instead "just does it". And what do we have to show for it? A middle east that's been bombed into a completely unstable and dangerous state. A multitrillion-dollar deficit.

Maybe he will get a Nobel prize for it.

If I start a game and after 30 minutes I'm still in the tutorial, I generally stop and move on to another game unless it is exceptionally fun. Put it in the manual or make the tutorial optional.

I was going to suggest Romance of the Three Kingdoms. I used to play the first two fanatically on NES. Never got into the later ones, but from what I understand they keep the spirit of the originals.

It has been about 20(?) years since I read Eyes of the Dragon. I remember it being ok, didn't realize it was disliked.

It is funny to see what gets a horrible reputation over the years. I used to think Zelda II was absolutely awesome back in the day and I still find it odd how it has become 'universally disliked'. (Same with Super Mario 2)

Favorite would be tough. I like the memory,sorrow, and thorn books (tad Williams). Best single book (not a series) was probably Faerie Tale by Raymond E Feist - more of a horror/fantasy novel.

I just finished The Secret Chapter by Genevieve Colman. The series is ok - nothing fantastic. Kind of a Fantasy/murder mystery.

Last year. Will probably get some out in April or May again.

I didn't really watch Friends when it was out - but I remember the time period. I think men dress much worse today. Skinny Jeans = awful.

People crap on 3D world, but I think it's the best 3D mario game (especially if you play with friends).

Keep in mind, I also think Super Mario Bros 2 is the best mario game, so I know my opinions are not popular.

These aren't very popular Dr. Seuss books at all. I own nearly the whole gamut of Dr. Seuss, and I only have two of those listed. My guess is they don't sell at all, and this may be a way to drum up sales (similar to the Disney 'vault')

The only games on my radar at this moment are Disgaea 6 & the Saga Frontier remake.

I highly doubt it. People are bad enough with communication in the office, but when it shifted to home work they were even worse. I doubt anyone in my company would trust outsourcing the office work overseas - especially if their communication skills are lacking (including speaking English properly)

My first ever D&D game, the DM was new to it, too.
Thought you were supposed to roll a d20 for all of your stats (obviously, it's 3d6 or 4d6 drop the lowest, duh).
...Including THAC0 (not THACO btw, the fuck is that?)

So there we were, level 2 or 3 I think for a one shot adventure. Warrior dude had THAC0 19, and my Elf Fighter/Mage had THAC0... 5
Needless to say, none of the fights were challenging and I just hit everything.
Good times.

Yeah, good call. I had a O instead of a 0.

i haven't played since the 2nd edition - I understand THAC0 isn't a thing anymore, is it? Do the new Baldur's Gate games still use is?

2. If you have several consoles in the house, you can share a physical copy.
3. If you dislike the game you can re-sell or trade it in
4. You can trade games with friends
