Water alone can't wipe a hard drive. Contents can still be recovered from it. Maybe if you add soap or something, hence "bath", but water alone won't do anything. Just get a magnet or put it in the microwave.

Not only that. Almost any depowered electronics that is dumped in water and then dried completely, will work like normal when plugged back in. Unless something corroded.

Or... take it for yourself...

I understand what cjsdowg is saying. "Hate Crime" is an additional charge you put on something that is already a normal crime by itself, when it turns out that it was commited due to some bigotism.
Punching someone in the face is already a crime: assault. If you also do it while yelling a racial slur, then the assault is also a hate crime (additional charges?).
Looking wrong at someone and yelling "fuck you!" is not a crime by itself, so making it "fuck you, <racial slur>", while based on hate, cannot be classified as a hate crime, as the original offense is not a crime.
Now, the post says "harassment", which is a crime. So, I guess she followed him around insulting him, instead of just a passing comment.

People who say "don't trust people who X" should do a better job of explaining their reasoning, including what it is that they don't trust X people doing. Don't you trust a person who doesn't want kids to do your taxes? To house-sit? Mow your lawn? What? And how? Do you think that someone who doesn't do X is more likely to betray you in Y?

I actually took CE's advice from the last topic and just took my foot off the gas whenever a driver tailgated me. Worked like a fucking charm. lol

How is this safer? The cars still get closer, but no red light warning.
Unless "brake check" means slamming the pedal to the floor, instead of just making the light turn on.
