They pay you $80k, which is fantastic for the area. You know the company has offices in San Francisco, and theyll pay you $100k if you go there to adjust for cost of living, but you say no thanks because you like the low stress of living in nowheresville Alabama instead of CA. All of a sudden, the employees that used to work in the CA branch, your coworkers, decide to just move to your neck of the woods, but no pay was adjusted; they continue to get paid $100k. How is that fair to you? --- |
