Pencil will always smudge sooner or later. There are sprays you can buy to 'lock in' a drawing once finished. If you're having problems smudging it while working, there are tools and accessories to help with that too. Featherbrushes to wipe away eraser shavings, kneaded erasers to 'lift' the graphite rather than rub the paper, and arm protectors to reduce the likelihood of smudging.

I'm hoping it was just a one off, but if it isn't I'm going to have to take your advice for precautions.

I've been beginning to see the difference ever since I got used to 60fps as a standard. I think once your eyes adjust to a level, at a certain point your eyes and brain can tell the difference when you jump back and forth from 30fps or 120fps. At least this has happened to me.

Food: Almost every week I get Japanese food.
Anime/Manga: Surpringly I don't watch any. The only one I keep up with religiously is Dragon Ball.
Language: Yup, been learning for 3 years.
Culture: Love it. The clothes, shrines, mountains and villages, history, festivals.
People: Yes. I mean my girfriend is Japanese and I have quite a few Japanese friends.
Women: Yes. Again, girlfriend is Japanese. I love the idols and actresses too >_>
Music: Fuck. Yes. I could go on all day about the music. From Baby Metal, to Sakurazaka46, to Onepixcel, to Daoko and Reol, to Gackt, to Band Maid, Kamiyado, Leo Lieri, Aimer....do I need to keep going?
Drama/Movies: Again, fuck yes. I watch them ALL the time. Most recent movie I've watched is (Biri Gyaru) and the most recent drama I've seen is Haken Uranaishi Ataru. Both of them made me tear up, so good.

There was dialog with Alisae that she explains he was pretty popular with girls but not guys. Mostly because of his controlling attitude I think and talking down to his colleagues. This was obviously pre 1.0 when they were still students in Sharlayan.

He lost Kuruma and with him most of his power he had before Sasuke lost an eye,too and aliens are coming that are so strong even with Kuruma he was still struggling against them and Sasuke even with his Rinnigan was constantly getting his ass kicked too, so without their powers they're basically sitting ducks, his son is being taken over by an alien too and so the other leaders effecively told him, Sasuke told him to that either he kills Boruto before he turns into the alien that will kill them all or they will, Naruto nearly breaks his own son's neck in a "Tell me about the rabbits, George" kinda scene but thankfully some meds from the doc showed up just in time to basically give him hope but it's vague and temporay because they don't know if it will work or not, oh and since the world was at peace because Naruto and Sasuke were effectively gods nobody could go against once this gets out to the public and others who have a bone to pick with the leaf it could be another war or worse. In short, Naruto's life fucking sucks, meanwhile ichigo is effectively living a normal life with part time ghost busting

Lmao they cant even deal with an alien threat without shit falling to pieces. At least the Z fighters had a line of defense and never slacked off.

This is how I feel. Even people i know in real life actively avoid eastern media. I remember one of my friends loving Demon Souls and Dark souls. I told him it was made by Japanese developers. Under a negative light has a underlying racist tone? This is especially rampant on platforms like twitch. Hell whenever a Japanese person like Yoshida in the recent FFXIV interviews came on screen, a lot of users were just posting "Weeb" and anime emotes constantly. Its freaking cringe and kind of demeaning.

Maybe I'm overblowing this but I see it on twitter as well. Sometimes Kpop stans do this to anything towards Japanese too.

Day 31: Risk

I'll go ahead and say I had another idea for Risk and actually worked on it for a decent while... but maybe it was too risky for GameFAQs. Which was the point, but I felt there were too many adjustments to make, so I went for something different.

I'm not sure if I really improved participating in Inktober, but it was nice to actually complete it. I've tried it before, but always lost steam. I haven't been drawing super long, relatively speaking, but long enough that I should probably be better than I am if I really focused on practicing. It was nice to do something like this, and stay mostly consistent. As Seph said, I might not have been able to keep up with it without this topic, or as history would show, I definitely wouldn't. I've also really enjoyed seeing how everyone took each prompt, it's really interesting.

Off topic, but NaNoWriMo is now here. It's nothing I ever attempted, because it just seemed like a lot. And maybe it still is. But I suppose if I managed to do this, then I don't see why I couldn't do the other? Haven't planned much of anything, but if I don't try, I won't get anywhere. It's sort of appropriate my last drawing is a comic, the intermediary between art and writing.

Im loving the style and clothes of the characters! Thanks for showing us your stuff.

Day 31, Risk. And with that, Inktober 2021 has ended. I had a lot of fun doing these, and thanks to everyone who took part here submitting their pictures. If it wasn't for you guys I probably wouldn't have kept up with it.

I decided to draw Goku powering up with Kaioken, a risky move he periodically uses throughout the series. I'm going to start colouring him now, and I used a few references to get the proportions semi-right I guess.

I feel over the months with these two topics that I have improved tremendously in my drawings, its insane. And I owe a lot of it to you guys! Thanks again.
