yeah combat rebalancing mods are a must for fo4. that part in my recent save went something like running out of minigun ammo taking off 1/10th of its health, then it broke what was left of the junk on the frame (its not a complete set and very low dura, even vanilla i think)

you are saying you don't have a primary GP. Just put in whatever clinic/doctor you went to. Or, see a GP, and ask for a referral in-person, you should get a call for an appointment for therapy from a specialized mental health place. how it works in my country anyway.

Went to a doctor over a year ago, only would give me a phone call, and gave me some medication. It hasn't helped at all. I need someone to talk to, a therapist, but I'm too stupid to figure it out. I went through all the steps, but then it asked me who my primary doctor was, and I don't have one, and it wouldn't let me continue until I put someone in.

If you're playing on Steam, I recommend the HD Project mod. Game looks excellent with that.

the modernized controls are sex as well. you can tell the enemies were balanced around the jank aiming and movement.

i have thousands of hours in ARK Survival Evolved so I'm something of a paleontologist myself. Ancient deer Megaloceros and ancient sheep Ovis arcam were good dino snacks.

i highly recommend checking out the new RE4 HD mod on PC. christ the mouse aiming and turning is amazing. easily the definitive version for me so far.

partial controller support which usually means KB+M is the intended route but you can probably use a controller for the most part. Might have key labels instead of button labels in game, menus having a mouse over layout instead of one optimized for gamepad, etc.

I've never seen a fat pilot. Isn't that illegal? You have to be able to get into and out of the pilots seat quickly in case of emergency which in smaller planes is quite tight

the health standards are just pretty crazy in general. can't have the pilot have a stroke or heart attack mid flight. my friend didn't make it through flight academy because his heart rate was too high, wasn't fat at all, quite ripped and a gym regular actually.
