If you had paid the bare minimum attention to vaccinations, you'd know exactly what's meant here. If you had paid the bare minimum attention to how the approvals process works, you'd know that the chance of ending up with a mix across different companies being specifically the requirement would have basically a zero chance of ever happening. If you paid the bare minimum attention to common sense, you'd know that one person being misquoted does not change the entire way the world works. They're viral vector vaccines, which are created by modifying a relatively harmless virus to carry copies of covid's spike protein - the same spike protein that the mRNA ones tell your body how to make, the same spike protein that's just there (by itself) in Novavax, the same spike protein that's on the surface of inactivated covid viruses in vaccines like SinoVac that do use the "old style" (and have turned out far less effective, for the record), the same spike protein that's on the actual covid virus itself. The one that you're not going to get immunity, naturally or otherwise, without exposure to one way or another.

Because emulation and porting are two very, very different things. Porting would be something the devs of the game would have to do (or at least, licence to someone else to do).

Let me put this as bluntly as I can for you. Go find yourself a PS3 emulator on PC. Stick it on the most powerful PC you can find. Keep in mind that this emulator has been in the works, most likely by a team of NEETs with nothing else to do, almost since the PS3 came out. Observe what the performance and compatibility is like.

Now keep in mind that a PS5, let alone a PS4, is much, MUCH less powerful than "the most powerful PC you can find".

I had a GBA for a few years before I owned any actual GBA games (though I did have lots of GB / GBC games). Was bought as a gift for me (when I was a kid) by a family member who had a habit of buying gifts primarily to show off "look at me, I'm rich and can afford this" - I'd even go as far as to wager that they gave zero consideration as to whether I'd need a GBA game to play on it, and that it was pure luck (from their point of view) that it was actually backwards-compatible. Which would maybe have been nice if I was old enough to sell the stuff I had no use for and buy the stuff I actually wanted instead...

Also had a PS4 for a few months before I bought any PS4 games (was just playing the various freebies I accumulated through PS+). This one was my own fault though, I bought it when I saw a really good deal on the PS4 Pro, because I had always intended to get one eventually when a couple of games I was interested in came out - I just ended up getting it sooner.
