| Funcoot 08/15/21 12:51:11 AM #24 | I don't remember exactly how it worked out, but my mortgage through KeyBank was with zero down. I'm pretty sure I don't even pay PMI. I also got the sellers to agree to pay most of the closing costs, then the closing costs ebded up being less than anticipated anyway, so they paid the whole amount. I think altogether I paid less than $2,000 to get in. You could always look into some different banks around you and see if they offer something like that if the down payment is the biggest issue. --- The answer to the question nobody asked. I can look at records of all my attempts and I think the first one I only made it a couple rooms in. I'll piggyback on this and say that Will Ferrell movies are incredibly hit and miss and that most of his lead starring movies suck.I'll also piggyback and say that Talladega Nights is terrible. Also, while Anchorman is decent, it every overrated.
