The actual culprit was almost certainly nowhere in that line-up to begin with.
Sounds more like the police couldn't find the guy she described and just chose Broadwater to be in the line-up instead and insisted on him even after she initially failed to identity him...

But I can still read that this case against Kyle is bogus and that this is not a biased trial (from the judge's side).

I didnt dislike BDII enough to not finish it, yet the game itself did feel unfinished...
Some characters and plotlines were good, some were average.. The combat is way too easy to break. Of course I could say all of this about BDI and BS too.
It definitely has the better soundtrack, but thats not enough for me to recommend it.

Besides plotwise you dont need to play BS at all to play BD2, or vice versa

Losing daylight savings time is preferable to keeping it on permanently, at least as far as studies have shown..

Granted, my country is technically using the wrong timezone anyway (due to us being stuck to Europe as a whole). So we already have somewhat longer bright afternoons but also longer dark mornings

Getting saddled with even more time slippage would be annoying to say the least.

(also we call it summertime and wintertime over here... which led some people to make the stupid logicleap that we should keep summertime because 'who likes winter?')

The final boss only seems to take a lot of hits because his gold aura makes him immune to damage outside of counters

Oh no, I know you dont need 2 taunt counters..
I wound up needing only 1 taunt and 1 dash to get to phase 2 (in addition to the usual red/purple to gold counter)
But I hear some people are so fast at shooting, they only need 1 counter period

Yeah if you dont get hit by that big radiation attack, he will always follow it up with that counter attack..

Usually he does that attack so fast, you dont even get a chance to counter him otherwise. But I have seen it happen.
I just know he will never do the taunt outside of his gold state.

Then again its possible to counter him before he enters the gold state, if he does his big punch

Though I havent tested if that counter leads to a longer animation so early on

Mashing as hard as I can beam pushes the gold form to the next phase real quick. Not sure if there is any carryover from the damage done in red form(You can definitely mash out way more than necessary).

Yeah I mean, it doesnt seem like he takes damage outside of the animation sequences. But during them, spam is the way to go.
Some people can apparently also mash fast enough to be able to reach phase 2 with just 2 or 1 counter sequences.

Actually I think the 1st phase has the boss take no damage at all after a certain point, once his aura changes from red to gold (and hitting him makes him change his aura faster). Only counters give you the chance to hit him after that. But the aura disappears in phase 2.
Mashing the beam is generally more damaging, but my fingers do prefer missile spam.

I liked it
Not as much as Skyfall or Casino, but at least it didnt make me feel like I was dreaming up the whole movie like with QoS

There were still some corny bits though. Mostly revolving around Spectre and how easy it was for Blofeld to keep managing them

In the last run I usually end up with half of them left.
