However in the Japanese he's male, but often disguises himself as a human female and targets men. This went over the top in one episode as he infiltrates a studio and becomes a model. In a good chunk of a scene he only has underwear on and can clearly be seen with a typical bare flat male chest. This was left in the dub and just made things confusing. --- |

Now looking at the topic at hand I agree. The villains never seem to know what they're doing. Why always attack Japan? Yes I get it's the show's main setting but you could have monsters in disguise all over the planet stealing energy at any given time. but in the end it's the logic from this type of program. --- |

| Airhammy 08/30/21 11:23:02 PM #13 | So after Ash and crew escape the sunken SS Anne and get out of Pokemon Land they reach the beach. Episode 18 following that was Beauty and the Beach. The general plot was that Ash crashed a speedboat into a dock owned by Moe, and the group works at his restaurant to help pay off the damage. Meanwhile said speedboat also caused damage to Team Rocket's submarine so they work at a rival restaurant owned by Brutella, and there's a bit of a turf war. Moe is in debt to Brutella and she's planning to take his boat as payment if he can't make any money in time. This is what leads to Misty and Jessie entering a beach beauty contest. In an effort to double their chances James wears that inflatable chest piece. Gary shows up, Ash fights Team Rocket, and ultimately they lose once again blasting off along with Brutella as they crash into her restaurant destroying it. Of course anyone who watched Pokemon in the west back in the day never saw this on TV. Instead they went right ahead to Ep 19 which featured the hundreds of Tentacool and one giant Tentacruel. You may recall the character Nastina who hires Team Rocket to wipe the Tentacool out. Nastina is Brutella's twin sister, and she's launched at the end of the episode crashing into her and wrecks all progress done in rebuilding the restaurant. Beauty and the Beach does have an English dub, but it's heavily edited. --- |

Elementary 2 - When we moved I joined in on a Grade 3 class about 2 months into the school year. Some time into Grade 4 many kids in the class would often tease and make fun of me. Changing for gym class or just ripping on my name were the standards. It got worse and worse as the months went on. I only had about 3 friends in my class. Another dozen or more that picked on me. It's what led me to finding friends elsewhere. Later in Grade 6 one of my friends turned on me and became worse than everyone else combined. Had his brother beat me up once. Trashed my bike. Graffiti'd part of the park making fun of me. Never knew what became of him after we moved again. High School - A couple guys in my class felt the need to bully me for a brief time when I was in a relationship. They were otherwise nice to me. Not sure what set them off. Otherwise I had to deal with a kid named Josh who was a year younger than me. Absolute pain in the ass. Then there was this one afternoon a couple of girls stole my lunch right out of my hand. Luckily this happened right outside the office and a teacher noticed it. --- |

| Airhammy 08/17/21 5:48:36 AM #4 | Well I'm in a rural area of Canada. I've lived here 26 years and honestly it's driving me nuts. I live directly next to my old high school. The local pool and fitness center is under it. Across the way past the tennis court is a church. Otherwise within walking distance of my house is a gas station, auto-repair and car parts store, motel, and golf course with restaurant. It's an 8min drive to the downtown area with grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, bank, post office and more. Taking another road leads to the landfill, and various lakes among other places. I'm not really into hiking or fishing. We have no public transit. The pizzeria doesn't deliver (pick-up only unless you're a senior). The nearest theater is a 35min drive away and they typically air only one movie a week. All my friends live in the city. --- |

| Airhammy 08/15/21 8:16:11 PM #10 | Hasbro licensed several of Takara's Diaclone and Micro Change figures along with Bandai's valkyrie jet and ToyCo's Astro Magnum to start the Transformers line. Among said Micro Change robot toys were 4 guns. A Smith & Wesson Magnum 44, a Browning M1910 pistol, a Walther P-38, and Walther P-38 U.N.C.L.E. , the latter two which would become Megatron. We also have to consider for storyline purposes that the Autobot ship's scanner was selecting various vehicles and objects within range of the base and a giant missile probably wasn't considered an appropriate alternate mode. --- |
