yeah it was amazing. like the flash TV show I remember it rely too much on slow motion during run and honestly the CGI barely hold well. in there, they decide not to use slow mo too much and just let us see just how fast the girl is, yet they made the movement so clear and followable.

the past few mcu movies i watched all has pretty great fight scenes (IW, Endgame, spiderman far from home and eternals)

the fight scenes used to be my biggest criticism in marvel movies (except for the winter soldier, that shit has amazing combat scenes) using too much shaky camera, blur and close up shots. over the time they really learned how to make use better of their basically infinite budget and create some great shots like iron man & crew vs thanos in IW, and so on. there are a lot of wide angle shots emphasizing on movement and choreography, it's actually the closest we get to great live action shonen battle style fights.

i get some of the criticism about eternals, but i enjoyed all the fights.

i got the steam version, put 10 hours into it.

there are a lot of pros, but some cons due to the fact it a product of its time it was released.

pros:
-graphics aged considerably well in high resolution due to how much it was stylized.
-gameplay, exploration, interaction with NPCs quests, discovering secrets are all very fun and there's seem to be tons of content.
-combat isnt't too deep but still a lot of fun as most enemies require tactics or some gimmicks to defeat or defeat effectively
-atmosphere, cheeky humor, and overall fun it's a game that does so well in that aspect that I look forward every interaction with new NPCs because I want to see what goofy shit they are up to
-soundtrack

cons:
-the control is the definition of borderline retro and modern. it has analog based control with the movement and camera, but the camera doesn't feel really good even with the 2 modes it offers. sometimes the angle is semi-fixed that makes it awkward and the fact you can't change camera speed.
-long ass tutorial I call nintendoism where like the tutorial feels like the first 5-6 hours into the game and it never ends.
-the pre rendederd cutscene text aren't skippable (not the whole cutscene, just the text) and I have to watch their annoying pseudobabble that goes on far TOO slow.

She's always been somewhat a wild card to rhe rest of the cast. The one whose relatively most free of their past. I think she joined just because she read their misadventures and thinks it's the most fun she will ever have joining. Like unpredictable little cute gremlin she is

I watched it as a teen, and it was one of my favorite shows, since it's on netflix now, so why not?

Now roughly a decade later, this show hits so different that i get and somewhat relate to the experience of our group of weirdos. The themes and feelings i was too ignorant to notice as a kid now hits like a truck. I just finished ganymede elegy, and the ending got me really sad, sympathetic even to both jet and alisa. In one way, faye's remark at the start was right that jet was too full of himself that his ex would still have a thing for him, but man being left like that really hurts too.

I get where alisa is going with her "when i was it you it feels like i am just a child clinging to your arm" which probably hits harder if you're a woman. Now that i have a relationship with a woman, i really get that as a man, that they are people too with their own wishes and aspiration. Seeking to be independent. It does vary within individuals, but yeah i didnt get the nuance at all as a kid, so watching it as adult with some more life experience on my belt renew how i see this show overall.

Tl;dr: cool show about cool space cowboys kicking ass is actually is a cool show about sad space cowboys trapped within their past and their preconceived notion of themselves, unable to break free.
