There are several "Sinbad the Sailor" movies as in the 1001 Nights story in which he wears a turban and people are confusing those with Sinbad the actor and then thinking turban = genie.I'm sure it's something along these lines. I like how betting is such a horrific crime to them that you're banned forever, but actual crimes like DV result in a suspension for only a finite number of games.DV and the like is really bad. The league only cares about the perceived integrity of the game, so if it looks like players are purposely throwing games to win a bet, then the league loses credibility and revenue.
