The new Ultimate Marvel universe feels pretty directionless and not really worthy of being a reboot to Ultimate Marvel at all, though at least the Spider-Man presentation is nice for people who were desperate for this in the main universe. I would contact Amazon customer service and try to talk to somebody about it. They'll probably send you another one.This is what I had to do with a kitchen scale I got in October.
