Like, you unscheduled visit a prison and see if anyone is dying and if the food is half-moldy and such and then give the prison an A+ rating after the warden gives you some pies.

this sucks; I was looking forward to playing TIE Fighter...

TIE Fighter AND X-Wing are C Tier; TIE Fighter has a persistent memory crash and X-Wing has a scripting error that prevents missions from progressing.

Also, it's not that you want 60fps persay - you want seemlessness. If all the action is slow you can get seemlessness at 24fps, if it's ultra high speed you need like 1000fps

Bounty Hunter not bad - I did beat it on the Gamecube already but wanted to hit it up anyways;

Except for Chapter 6 which is hot garbage. Standing on a ledge and holding the shoot button for an hour while endless people just walk into your death is not fun... luckily the game has chapter select and very generous level options, kinda like Goldeneye but not AS good, so you don't have to put up with the shitty levels if you don't wanna.

So, debating if I wanna S tier or A tier it... Steam in isolation would mean its A tier, but I did 100% it on the Gamecube so it WOULD be S tier... ehh

Next game on the list is Rogue Squadron 3D... I did love this game on the N64, but this particular port is HORRRRRIIIIIIIIIIID!!!!!; F Tier, I requested refund, but it was rejected on grounds that I bought it years ago instead of 2 weeks ago. Yes, F Tier... lower than D Tier (A game I never played), Refund.

Speaking of my tiering system, I'm thinking of reclassifying the C Tier but not sure. B Tier is for games I played before but did not finish, where as C Tier was for games I just don't wanna finish... go away. I'm thinking I wanna rebrand C Tier for games I CAN'T finish for some reason, such as glitches or softlocks.

Anyways:

Next on the list... I'm not sure I wanna do them in alphabetical order. cuz it's the TIE Fighter games! If I go alphabetically the next game is TIE Fighter, which I already know is really good. So I might be disappointed when I downgrade to X-Wing (later alphabetically). There's also X-Wing Allliance which I haven't played.

What I did play, tho, is XvT Balance of Power - I used to actually have this game and definitely 100%'d it, I spent many hours in ANGRY NERD RAGE completing some of the seemingly impossible defense missions

Alekhine's Gun is a kinda shitty spy game... but if you use ONLY the knife, it becomes a rather interesting puzzle game since you have to recover your knife every time.

In Fester's Quest for NES, stay in the beginning of the game until you get all the gun upgrades. The game is still difficult with the best gun, but it's impossible without it.

BUT - I might legit have to F Tier this. 30 minutes out of 2 hours so I can still refund.

Basically, the menus have glitched and I can no longer change equipment, level up, use skills or anything. I mean, if you can beat the game without EVER using skills, items or levels then I could keep playing; but the bug persists even if you start a new game file!! WHUT!!!

Why not double up? Go for the guillotine and have a firing squad shoot your freefalling head before it hits the basket

edit: of course the most humane option would be hydraulic crushing. 2 tons of force liquifying you in a timespan shorter than the speed of nerve conduction. But ooooo - "Big Death" needs a body to upsell coffins.

So, if we grant that Beast Blaster or whatever is actually impossible at the moment, I can now call the SNK Collection S Rank (I got all the achievements).

I forgot SNK isn't just known for fighting games.

Well, Street Smart (in the collection) might be the worst fighting game of all time; it's less functional than Urban Champion and harder to control than Fighting Street

A few more games in the SNK collection are impossible - I got a soft lock in P.O.W. even

I might just have to downgrade this game to F tier - but that's reserved for Refunded games; so I guess C tier is where this game will stay.

But I'm not through the whole collection yet

the death penalty should be voluntary; I mean, it doesn't work as a deterrent and 40 years of appeals doesn't please the families of the victim, so why bother at all? A voluntary death penalty would reduce the number of suicides by a large margin - especially in religious areas that put a huge 'sin' on it.
