Nice! I hope they keep visiting. I live in the mountains so I'm used to lots of wildlife being around. It's nice to be reminded to appreciate it. :)

I kinda miss gentle deer being the only thing I have to worry about. I get kinda stressed out sometimes having to be on the look out for moose that could kick my ass.

Funny coincidence, I'm reading the book series. Annihilation is the first part of a trilogy book serie. On the last one. I decided to read It after I watched the movie. Taking me forever to finish last book. The movie imo is better than the Annihilation book imo. There's some changes to it.

If there's multiple acres of woods behind your house, then there's probably a ton of wildlife in there that you just haven't seen yet. My gf's parents live in the mountains near some woods. Like, the woods aren't even that close by, but there's just tons of animals that come into that neighborhood. Deer, quails, rabbits, coyotes, mountain lions, etc.
