Im not going to bemoan or belabor the point, but long story short I went from being quite interested in Game of Thrones to just flat out not being interested in it at all. Havent been interested in watching House of the Dragon, and even the rumored Jon Snow and the Wildlings sequel that gets rumored every now and then doesnt peak my interest when that was my jam for a while.

Springfield is heavily radiated, remember that. Langley Falls is nice, but people get killed and stuff explodes left and right there, largely due to the Smiths. South Park has crazy shit happening constantly. Townsville gets attacked everyday. South Jersey is an absolute mess even without the cast-related shenanigans canonically in ATHF. In the USA meanwhile, baseball, basketball, football, and even hockey are all major moneymakers and provide major domestic competitions in the form of the inarguably best leagues in each sport (with the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL representing four of the top five or six highest grossing leagues in the world as well). Meanwhile, North America likely doesnt even have the tenth best pro soccer league, and is more well-known as a semi-retirement home for has-been superstars getting one last payday versus being actually good soccer.
