Some time around 1996/1997 when I was 13/14 I was playing with Lego and made something barely resembling a bird or tengu like robot. I went to name it and thought of the Transformer character Sky Hammer but wanted to change it up, thus Air Hammer. When I joined the Bottalk message board in 2000 I used the name. Coincidentally Hasbro made a Beast Wars Fuzor toy in 1998 with the same name. Around 2003 a user began calling me Hammy and I got an avatar of Hamm from Toy Story. The nickname and pig avatars stuck. When I joined GameFAQs in 2005 both Air Hammer and Hammy along with variations were taken, so I combined the two. --- |

| Airhammy 02/01/21 4:11:35 PM #8 | The only thing I disliked was the length of the fortress. Two main stages then boss rush and the final? Far too short. Could have used two more stages easily. The gear system is fun, and if you don't use it on purpose the difficulty goes up. The soundtrack is still growing on me, but I like it. It's a fine game. There are far worse in the series. --- |

Among Takara's Microman line was the Microchange sub-series and in it were 4 transforming guns. The Walther P38 UNCLE was selected and would later become Megatron. Browning was later used in the Masterforce series and would retain his name and size as a puny Decepticon sidekick to one of the young punk teens.  --- |

Set up a room for crafting stations, another for chests, and then start making rooms for NPCs. 8x6 tends to work. Put in a door, walls, table, chair, and a light source. NPCs will begin to move in and you can buy items from them. Check both ends of your map. You'll find the Angler floating around near or on the ocean. Once you have some decent basic weapons and a pickaxe make your way underground. Always have torches, rope and/or wooden platforms on you. You'll come across many abandoned bases with stations, furniture and chests full of goodies. Look out for gripping claws so you can wall jump, and a mirror for teleportation. You'll always teleport to the original spawn point on the surface unless you make a new spawn point and right click a bed in your base. --- |

Yeah Pokemon was about traveling the world, and battling and catching creatures based on the creator's childhood hobby of collecting bugs. Whereas Digimon was simply based on Tamagotchi. EDIT: and it may be an unpopular opinion but I much preferred Pokemon (mainly the initial Kanto saga) to Digimon, but it too was also a good show. --- |

Downside to this scene are the Putty costumes. Whenever you see Zyuranger footage with the Golems they actually seem like monsters, but Saban's more silky Putties always looked like people in a costume. It's great to see the Rangers face Goldar head on in American footage. Note Jason bouncing around in the back before Goldar leaps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLG3STE7keg An iconic Putty fight here, but it's flawed. Watch very closely. First why is the Trini stunt actor lagging behind so badly at the start? They couldn't refilm that? The final group shot as they're all fighting. Some like Billy are going full force against the Putty while others like Tommy and Kimberly are lightly nudging them, and Jason keeps posing with the Putty looking at his chest like he's about to blow up. The music though makes it. --- |

That being said I feel Ron's music declined in quality starting with Turbo. They weren't as memorable as the tunes from MMPR and Zeo. --- |

Wished they were used on the show. Ivan was a great villain. Enjoyed Goldar's new look. Lord Zedd was even more intimidating. Always wondered why they didn't use Carla for Rita and instead got a new actress. The Tengu Warriors were good too. The morphing sequence was out of order. "I'm a frog..." --- |

Despite their fierce appearance, this spider is a docile member of the crab-spider family and is, in fact, harmless to humans. They were not allowed back in New Zealand for quarantine reasons. The giant "spider" used in the film was a species of a bird-eating tarantula, which can attain a leg span of eight inches or more. Those types of tarantulas are not easy to handle and can give a nasty bite. The spiders in the film were managed and handled by famed entomologist Steven R. Kutcher. The live spiders were housed separately in a temperature-controlled area. Since spiders can't be trained, Kutcher devised other means to guide the spiders such as vibrating wires (they wouldn't cross over them), and Lemon Pledge Furniture Wax which the spiders refused to walk on. The spider wranglers worked with the actors on how to handle the spiders so as not to mishandle or mistreat them. --- |
