There's a lot of bullshit being made up in this topic.

1) I am not far right by any respectable standard. The only way you can say I am far right of you is if you are an extremely radical leftist.

2) Giant Aspirin left a heartfelt apology in one of my topics when I called him out on how abrasive and out of line he is. He agreed with me. Yesterday he also made a really bad topic and locked it after getting mad at me for calling him out again. So he is just perpetually butthurt and should be disregarded unless he can stick to his apology.

3) Kineth is distorting the truth. Every time he retells that story he becomes more brazen in his dishonesty. I do NOT believe that being far left means he supports infanticide of anyone. Note that Kineth's response to white farmers being murdered in South Africa or having their property forcibly seized was "oh well, now they don't have to live in South Africa anymore" along with some other apologetic bullshit. I have screenshots if he denies it.

4) I saved the entire debate with averagejoel because i knew he or one of the other communists on CE would lie about what I said. averagejoel argued that in order for me to make a dollar someone else must lose a dollar. He believes capitalism is a zero sum game. So I gave him multiple examples of effectively limitless new wealth being generated. One example is the space race that is starting up again and the inevitable cosmic supply chains that will bring us immense wealth. See:

Look at Italian neighborhoods in New York where they have their own businesses and communities. They dont allow black people to reside there. Your skin color can set you apart from many things because most people cant tell which ethnicity by just looking at white skin

No. But some of them carry their ideology. Hence they are the majority that control the system.

The largest and most diverse cities in America have pockets or neighborhoods that are pretty exclusive. You ever hear of China Town? There's a China Town in LA, one in Chicago, and I bet there's one in New York as well. What's wrong with that? There's also a Ukrainian Village, etc. People like to live within the culture that they're familiar with. Nothing wrong with that, and it's part of what makes Chicago so diverse since you can take a stroll through the downtown and see all of these cultures mingling and then you can go and be immersed in their culture in those areas of the city.

Nice. What phone? I paid $185 or so for my LG Stylo 2 and it's still trucking along a year and a half later. Hoping to keep it going for another year and a half.

I used to buy the flagship phones but realized it was a pretty colossal waste of money. I recently tried to get back into it so I purchased the Galaxy Note 8 and was disappointed with it. It's a nice phone, don't get me wrong, but $1000 for that was bullshit. >_> Especially considering the awful battery life.

That is a stupid usage of money.

$500 invested each year into a mutual fund that gives 12% per year would be $11,380.22 after ten years and $45,172.51 after twenty years.

You could buy last year's model for $600 or w/e and hold on to it for 3-4 years and invest the rest and come out ahead.

Just the cost of that stupid program is costing you over $45,000 every twenty years. Imagine the real cost of the phone once you factor in the expensive data plan and warranties and all the accessories.

What a twist .

The twist is that nothing is as simple as it seems. Everyone in the movie had a reason for having their flawed beliefs - it's all a vicious cycle where an incorrect belief about someone gets propagated until it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy of sorts. And it just ends up hurting everyone involved.
