The officer arrives and hears the story from the woman who called 911. She says when she walks by she usually hears fighting but this time it was getting out of hand, and she couldn't tell where it came from. She tells the officer the room number and he goes to the 4th floor at the very end of the hallway.

The officer knocks without saying anything, steps 5 feet to the right out of sight, waits 10 seconds, knocks again and says who they are, then moves again. They knock and say who they are a third time, then the door opens slowly. The victim is holding a pistol limply by his side. Once it's fully open (about 3 seconds) the officer says to step back and immediately shoots 6 times and the victim falls to the floor, then the officer says to drop the weapon. He calls on the radio that shots were fired and requests the EMTs.

In sports, many that are regarded among the greatest all have something in common; the "it" factor, they just have "it" and it's something that's hard to explain but when you see a talented/generational type of athlete, you just know. This is no different from those that have become Yokozuna

While Hoshoryu and Kirishima are great, and will likely be solid Ozeki, I just don't see it in them to make that next step. But I would love to be proven wrong since Hoshoryu is one of my favorites

I hope Hamilton made the right choice by signing for Ferrari. Mercedes hasn't been great recently but Ferrari isn't quite all over Red Bull's ass either. I'm hoping somebody can close the performance gap to Red Bull but I'm not going to hold my breath. I'm afraid it's going to be another year of Red Bull being unopposed.

It's nice seeing McLaren doing better. They're one of the biggest names in F1 and it was sad watching them spend several years floundering as backmarkers.

Red Bull have figured out this current set of regulations, the next big change will not happen until 2026, so not only is this year a wash but next year will be Red Bull domination as well

The celebration is because if they actually go through with this, it's the end of the republican party no ifs, ands or butts, all that money they spend across states trying to get republicans into various offices will now be funneled into Donald Trump and thus the candidate can't afford TV time, they can't afford to print out signs, they can't afford to rent out places for town halls/rallies, they can't afford to actually make themselves known in their district enough for republicans to come out for them compared to their democratic challenger who would likely have enough to do all of those things thus being able to get their message out to more people who don't have any opposition in their heads because of lack of funding thus most likely the democrat wins.

I wish I could be this optimistic but the average american is both ignorant and gullible. They'll think that seeing only democrat political ads and no republican ones is proof of a conspiracy by "the left" to silence candidates without thinking about the fact that Trump would be siphoning all of the RNC funds, and they'll end up voting against democrats

They don't just impeach, they need an investigation first. There's been no investigation.

both Trump impeachments were launched when the House of Representatives was majority held by Democrats, so you can see why they would go through the proper procedures compared to now with a Republican majority in the House
