Good game, but a pretty disappointing Halo game. Both campaign and multiplayer was massive letdowns compared to every Halo game before. And even the games after were better in certain regards. Halo 5 had much better multiplayer, and Halo Infinite was just better all-around.

I think my unpopular opinion about the game though is that the story didn't do a whole lot for me. I was actually much more intrigued by the story set up in Spartan Ops strangely enough. The gameplay for it was alright, but I liked the direction that I thought Halo 5's story was going to be headed in. Of course, as we all know, they utterly screwed that up.

It really is a close one, huh? I'm surprised Tentacruel is doing so well. I would have expected the Tentas to be written off as the Zubats of the sea. Also didn't expect Slowbro or Victreebel to do so well, but it's nice to see they have fans.
The Zubat and Tentacool lines have that negative reputation almost entirely because of how common they are. They're all really well-designed Pokemon I think. Any Pokemon that appears that frequently isn't going to be all that exotic or interesting. Though Zubat is a little bit different in that once it got to become Crobat, it became an easy to get Pokemon that also happened to be really good all the way through to the end of the game. Tentacruel is also pretty solid, but it has a million other Water types to compete with.

I was pretty bad at actually completing games when I was a kid. I'm pretty certain I beat Super Mario 64 as well, but not with 120 stars. I came back years later to do that.

Making their power levels match equally would be stupid and missing the point. Kong is supposed to represent nature and its inherent gentleness, while Godzilla is supposed to represent humanity and its penchant for destruction.

Also, Kong doesn't need a high power level because he's clever. Godzilla, on the other hand, doesn't need to be clever because he's literally a walking nuke.
Godzilla is shown to be extremely intelligent and clever in the Monsterverse though. Especially when it comes to combat intelligence. I think it might be more fair to say that Godzilla doesn't really need to rely on tools like Kong does.

Also, I'm not sure for this particular version of Godzilla that I agree with your first point either. This is a version of Godzilla that mostly goes out of his way to avoid causing destruction towards humans. Monsterverse Godzilla is driven by preserving some kind of natural balance between humanity, the Titans, and the rest of nature. But he still has the will to dominate to achieve that goal.

Because Kong lacks his aggression, agility, and fighting ability that he has in other films. And because they changed Godzilla's origin without changing Kong's to match.

Godzilla is a mutated dinosaur. Without the atomic bomb, he's the kind of carnivorous beast that would get its jaw and neck broken by Kong. They should drop a bomb on Kong and give him super powers to level the playing field.

Oh, but wait! The Monsterverse changed Godzilla's origin. He's millions of years old and he's always been a radioactive giant. Cool. Then they can change Kong's origin and powers too. He doesn't need to be "just an ape" matched against an enhanced radioactive lizard.

Keep in mind, I'm more a fan of Godzilla than of Kong. But I still believe in a power balance when it fits the characters. If you're going to have Batman vs Spider-Man, have Batman get bitten by a radioactive bat and make the fight fair.

Also, Godzilla being demoted is a point of contention. Why are we following the lesser monster around when there's a stronger monster we should be following? Why is it the Adventure of Robin with special guest star Batman?
Kong doesn't need to match Godzilla in ability because that's not the point. Even with Godzilla vs. Kong, everyone knew well before the movie was even out that they'd team up. These movies are about Kong and Godzilla being Earth's (and by extension, humanity's) defenders.

Should Kong be buffed to be clearly physically stronger than Godzilla is? I think that'd be fair. But again, I don't think it really matters all that much.

Gonna see it once it releases on streaming, can't wait.

I for one like the human actors they've had in these movies, and in godzilla vs kong 1 I was really happy to see rebecca hall and alexander skarsgard. However, I don't care for the stranger things girl I don't really see why the critics or even audience love her. Hope she's not in godzilla vs kong 2.

Unironically thought Kong: Skull Island was good. Godzilla 2019 was kinda disappointing in that felt like they blew their load too soon introducing King Ghidorah the 3-headed dragon when I thought he was basically Godzilla's ultimate nemesis. Still fun popcorn movie.

godzilla vs kong 1 was just so dumb that throughout it I was like "yeah sure, that may as well happen" and I was fine with it.
I thought Godzilla x Kong was better than Godzilla vs. Kong in almost every way. Also, Millie Bobby Brown didn't return, so you don't have to worry about her.

I really wanted to love Galaxy, and parts of it I do (especially the soundtrack). But if I'm being perfectly honest, I played Galaxy twice all the way through and Odyssey only once, and Odyssey was still infinitely more memorable.
I think trying to look at it as objectively as possible, Odyssey is a way better game than Galaxy. I would say Odyssey is probably one of the most finely-tuned games ever made. For me though, Galaxy is by far the more memorable experience and is one of my favorite games of all time. A lot of that is because of nostalgia perhaps. I did return to play through it as an adult and still loved it as much as I did as a kid though. The music is also a major factor as well, since it adds a lot to the whole overall feel of the game.

Odyssey is just another level. It is the best controlling Mario game by far. I have not played any of the 3D Marios since playing Odyssey, but I could see going back to the old ones being jarring. Odyssey is just that smooth.

He's 62 years old. That's retirement age. He should retire now and or be pushed by outside forces to retire soon. He's a black mark on baseball and the faster he's gone from the sport the better.

I'd also prefer not to replace these umps who are on their way out, so that someday MLB can roll out robots to fill the positions of calling balls and strikes.
The umps aren't going to be replaced though. They just won't be actually calling balls and strikes. You'd still need one behind home plate to actually relay that information.

And most umpires are pretty decent. They're just rarely perfect. I wouldn't want them to lose their jobs just because they're human and bound to make errors. Just take the human factor out as much as possible.
