Last mission in chapter 6 had me in tears.

Just randomly clicked on this and decided to post because I remember this guy. He was Xsquader, and quite a bit of a troll on Current Events around the 2000-2003 time. So much that people were actually going to CJayC and asking him to ban him.

I thought he was entertaining, if not a bit annoying.

Anyway, I like to think GameFAQs users just kinda..."grow out" of their online mannerisms (especially those who were active in the earlier days of the 'net) and live their lives normally. It's pretty unfortunate that he never did. Toward the latter half of his tenure on these forums he was posting some weird shit...like how he was going to sue GameFAQs for libel because they weren't nice to him. Apparently he took this stuff seriously and became one of those guys that thinks everyone is out to get him and he's got to build a big case and unravel all the problems of the world. That's the last thing he was arrested for before this, I believe. It's a bit sad how someone so misinformed and delusional could get locked up like this, even if he probably deserves it. IIRC around the time he was here, he shared personal details of his life that made me think he had it a bit rough when growing up.

On an additional note, I remember the three biggest trolls on CE back then including him and you were one of them, duckbear.

Remiel is evil and just fucking with you the entire time.

So is Kratos and he whoops your ass.

Then you go to another world which is way cooler than the first world.

Yggdrasil shows up and hes the evil leader dude.

Theres a kid named Mithos that is most definitely not the Mithos from ancient legend.

But plot twist he is!!! We totally werent expecting that, were we?

Mithos is also Yggdrasil. Hes got a complex.

Kratos is Lloyds dad. If you pick the right choices during bonding times he can rejoin your party permanently. But then Zelos leaves. Its actually one of the harder things Ive had to decide in any JRPG ever.

Zelos is evil in a random ass pull of a twist that Namco surely threw in for pure shock value. If you chose Kratos, he just...betrays you and dies. Its so random.

That blue hair guy is important. I dont remember but I think hes one of the ancient four heroes.

For the record I am in no way proud of that behavior. It was a messed up part of my life personally and I took it out on you guys, which was a BS thing to do.

Nope, I'm pretty sure he's legit. That's sort of how he's always been, it's a gimmick. Behind the computer I see a chubby Asian (this has been proven, btw) with maybe a disability. It's a bit depressing.

As for Ulti, I don't have him on ignore because he does provide some sort of entertainment. I picture him as a ranting and rambling angry conservative talk radio host who raises his voice and shuts everyone else out when he's wrong. Yes, I'm saying I disagree with nearly everything he says but at least he's honest about his opinions.

It's not just this board; he does it on others including NGG, Movies: At the Theater, etc. It's actually mrduckbear3, who has been around on the GameFAQs messageboards for longer than I have I think. He had a tendency to be making some sort of list(s)...like he'd create demographic polls on Current Events or other boards, asking for age gender favorite food and all that. That's all fine and harmless and all, but the creepy thing is he would actually collect this information and compile it. Eventually people started calling him out on shitposting and he ate it up. He was known as one of CE's major trolls. Someone found out he really likes bugs and I think that person made a video of them killing a beetle, and duckbear got incredibly pissed. He's got that in his quote.

I have no idea how he suddenly ended up posting the threads that he does, but I'm guessing he does it out of his own leisure. We're talking about a guy who has been sitting behind his computer for a long time.

That is one thing I loved about the last contest, being able to see who voted for who around the world.

Or am I just not seeing it?

I stopped watching with the member berries season. That was terribly unfunny.
