I wish interest rates were akin to the 1980's when they were north of 5%.

Now I'm more into monthly dividend stocks, and Reits.

I think most people would be better off buying and holding instead of trying to "time the market".

I liked the game but the music compared to most of the series is good but not great. I'm not really a fan of punk and disco music. I'm a huge fan of classical music/instrumental, J-Pop, and rock n roll.

I think persona 4 and persona 3 fes had a better ost than 5 imo.

A very underrated puzzle game is Kickle Cubicle. https://www.gamefaqs.com/nes/563431-kickle-cubicle I really wish Irem was still around.

When I was a kid in the 1980's Dr. Chaos I remember that game scaring me.

But Monster Party didn't. (What's weird about this game I don't think it was ever released in Japan, like Startropics 1 or 2 were for the nes/faicom) Correct me if I'm wrong.
