Lol. Oddly, unike I thought many albums were in this decade only to look them up and find out they were from 2005, MBDTF I assumed was previous decade. Yes, that would definitely make my list.

wonder if we're getting album of the decade conversations this year,

Taylor Swift - 1989 (Lover is great, but it's not 1989)
Iron & Wine - Kiss Each Other Clean
Lana Del Ray - Born To Die
Margot and The Nuclear So & So's - Rot Gut, Domestic (The death of the band and transition in Richard's solo career has been super depressing for me.)
Everything Jason Isbell released. But for the sake of the topic, I'd say Southeastern >= Nashville Sound, > Here We Rest > Something More Than Free
Britney Spears - Glory (Yeah. Fuck it)
Jay-Z & Kanye West - Watch The Throne (It may seem like old stuff these days, but holy fuck was it awesome)
John Vanderslice - White Wilderness, Dagger Beach. I haven't gotten around to The Cedars yet, because my needle is broken and I HAVE TO hear it on vinyl. I love this man more than most of the people I know in everyday life. Any JV fan would understand.
The Mountain Goats - All Eternals Deck, Trancendental Youth, Beat The Champ (None of these realistically would be my album of the decade, but are worth mentioning. Goths was AWFUL and In League With Dragons is tolorable at best.)

I haven't listened to Tool yet. I'm sure it makes the list.

This was jarring. I realized quickly that I'm very out of the loop. Due to aging, working, and a lack of access (which I JUST recently found the solution to), I just haven't heard much new stuff over the past 10 year. A lot of stuff I was going to list came out around 15 years ago. Time really is moving.

I'm just listening to Norman Fucking Rockwell now, I'm on Cinnamon Girl. It's her best album since Born To Die, but BTD is still fucking light years ahead of this. Discovering Lana was a gift and a curse. You listen to Born To Die, fall in totaly fucking love, then sit through seven years of sleepy, drowsy, slow vocal fry boredom.

I went out to my car this morning to find someone had gone through it. Somewhat my fault, as I have a tenancy to leave my car unlocked.

They didn't take anything though. I guess they were either hoping for a wad of cash, something small like an ipod, or a big bag of heroin.

I didn't have much in there, but I had my Ray-Bans, my wife's Gucci sunglasses, my leather jacket and a replica championship belt. They didnt even bother with the change in my cupholder.

I don't really watch horror movies.

But I remember when I was a kid, my mom and grandma were watching some campy horror stuff on TV. I think it was a series of shorts. One of them had a ventriloquist dummy that came to life and was trying to kill a lady in her house.

At one point she peeks under the door to look for the dummy, but when she looks under, he's already looking back at her. Creeped me out.

FOUND IT : It was some HBO short called The Dummy :
Peek is at about 4:55

That and the alien peek from Communion.

Generic name is still preferable though, since it's consistent across different countries and allows the reader to know what drug class it is at a glance.

On topic: Dupilimab dopesn't really appear to justify its enormous price tag. It works vs placebo at least, but there's only been one clinical trial that compares it to any kind of other treatment (topical corticosteroids), which had only 31 participants and was powered only to assess adverse events (not benefit) in the first 29 days of treatment.

Sorry. My 'calcipotriene and betamethasone dipropionate foam' is about $1200 per can.

Now the AVERAGE READER will know what that is at a glance.

Yeah, I have psoriasis on my scalp. The ONLY thing that I've ever found to be effective is Enstilar. The cost is about $1200 for one spray can (60g). That's WITH coupons. Without it's closer to $1500.

I don't know how long one can is supposed to last. I only use it once my scalp is literally unbearable, because I can't afford to let the two "sample" cans my derma gave me run out. He only sees skin cancer patients these days so I can't even go beg him for more.

I've seen things saying one can should last at least four days. LMAO. I've had mine for something like four years.

If someone needed a can every week it'd be 60k+ a year.
