Last year they started bumping up stat totals in the middle of October. At this point I'm actually hoping against characters I like showing up on banners in case they bump up stat totals again. It sucks when a character comes out just before being able to take advantage of their long absence like how Micaiah was on the banner just before the CYL2 vote. She could have gotten the Leif bonus as well.

Melchior is one of the absolute toughest boss fights on the hardest difficulty. Mages get exponentially more ridiculous with each cast time reduction that bumping up a difficulty grants them.

You have my sympathies as the last 300+ orbs I've spent trying to get Micaiah or Legendary Ike have also been in vain before I started today's session. Just gotta pray the Gambler's Fallacy will work for you eventually and keep spending orbs until it works.

Btw KP what nature did your best one get.

+Atk -Res which is probably the ideal one. -Def is the traditional mage one, but Micaiah is going to be fighting a lot of people with physical attacks due to her unique role being anti-Cav/Armor, and Thani gives her +3 Res to cover up the bane anyway.

Sometimes I wonder what things look like when you can see how people spend their Orbs. Disliking a video is one thing but it doesn't mean a thing if the playerbase still drops piles of Orbs on Legendary Lucina.

I'm curious about this as well. I have to imagine that more people will be skipping this banner than say, if Lucina was released months ago, but IS might consider it the necessary cost of continuing to do business if Lucina still outpaces other banners. People still went nuts for all the recently-released Seasonal alts.

And just to put my money where my Tellius mouth is, just sank 400 orbs into color sniping for Micaiah. IS takes notes !!

I've now come to the conclusion that the Blue pool is utter garbage outside of Desperation fodder. There's so many random sub-par lance users. Going all-in on Red for a while was pretty bad but this was worse. Was getting nervous after 180 Orbs of nothing, but after I got my first Micaiah the gravy train started rolling. Ended up with:

Micaiah x4
Hardin
Lute
Linde
Olwen
Nephenee

Lute, Linde, and Nephenee are dupes, but I'm not going to look gift 5*s in the mouth.

Yeah, I echo that. If 50% of the 3DS alts were original characters from those games instead, the overall roster would be more or less spot on. Like it or not, Fates and Awakening having 40% of the representation in Heroes is merited; those are easily the most popular games, and IS is going to target where the money is.

The surprise Ayra banner was also an easy way for them to target where the money is. So are all the really cool unique skills that are locked to seasonal/special banners.

Making money is all well and good, but if you do it by upsetting the fans then there's no point. I got into FEH specifically because I wanted to mess around with Tellius characters. I'm not expecting them to get as many reps as the 3DS ones, but if they barely get anything then a huge motivation for me playing the game is gone.

Yeah that doesn't add up. Relative to his popularity, Ike is easily the least pimped out unit in the game. He has:

-Original
-Brave unit, only gotten through winning a voting contest
-Legendary

No seasonals whatsoever. He was also the first Legendary Hero that wasn't a freebie, which contributed significantly to why he won the poll.

Meanwhile, Lyn has 5 different versions of her. Bit of a difference!

If this were somehow a 'normal' court case, you could probably already indict Trump. This isn't a normal case though. At this point it's more about swaying the public opinion than anything else, because that's the only way an impeachment can happen. To do that you either need to create an EXTREMELY ironclad case...or just rile up the populace with something that sounds scandalous in a 'fun' way (like a Hollywood scandal, essentially).

I only saw what Danganronpa 2 had of the SA LP before it shut down (never played the full game), but I didn't particularly like what I saw and thought 1 was better. 2 seemed significantly more 'anime' and not in a good way. Maybe the second half got better. I know I'm a minority opinion though.

I wouldn't call Berserk torture porn - there's lots of stuff worse than it out there. It's definitely darker than Berseria though.

Eleanor is great and completed the party dynamic. Most RPG heroes have a main cast of (mostly) morally upstanding people with 1-2 characters of questionable morale fiber. Berseria has the opposite, and it makes for a fun dynamic.
