I'm not saying it's not a fun movie, or not good, just that imo it almost feels like a half parody of the first. Almost none of the characters felt like they were the same guys we'd seen in the first movie. No friends to talk to or hang out with, so there's no support system and life revolves around work and the family that mistreats you. Work to try and save so you can build a life of your own, but get sabotaged every step of the way and end up having to use the savings to bail family out of financial problems, with the threat of physical violence if you dont(or even threat of death). Anxiety and depression make it very difficult to function away from home, but being home just makes you miserable. The only support/kindness you get is from strangers online, and they eventually grow to hate you because you crave attention and positive feedback. Then you become such a nuisance that just being online bothers people to the point that they tell you you're unwelcome in their discord channels, then the only board where you feel free to discuss your issues gets shut down, leaving you with basically only 2 boards to post on both of which hate dealing with you... So yeah, once again feel like an outcast after thinking you finally found a place to fit in and people who cared. Failing at every aspect of life, and just all around being the most pathetic person on the planet. Then you get to have random panic attacks when you see others being so much more successful without even trying. Then you get made the butt of jokes for being so far behind and made to feel like a freak, and worthless. And everyone else is achieving the goals you want as if they're nothing and treat it like its not even an accomplishment, and tell you you're not good enough to achieve them yourself, and accuse all the issues you're struggling as your own fault. Which doesn't help the inferiority complex and self esteem issues you're dealing with. The feeling of total crushing failure when you know you won't ever succeed in any basic goals you have in life, which essentially are just to have friends, get a girlfriend, and maybe get an apartment. But you're such a failure that even those are just pipe dreams, so you bury your head in the sand and play video games/watch movies just to get a temporary escape from reality. --- Switch FC: SW-3227-7104-3140. If he's not playing the game, he's watching people play it on twitch, if he's not watching it on twitch he's watching on YouTube, if he's not on YouTube he's talking about it. Plus, when he plays it he narrates what's happening to anyone nearby, or himself. Since he watches so many lets plays, he thinks screaming and yelling at every little thing is how you're supposed to react and that his team mates love him for it despite their complaints for him to quiet down and actually help them.
