...or maybe the time several months ago when my dad was threatening to kill my cousin in his sleep, and I got fed up with him. I confronted him over all the awful things he's done, and it turned into a huge argument. It ended when I took his belt and gave him a nice hard lash with it. Needless to say he was going for his gun saying he'd blow my head off. I was gonna stay and fight him, but my mom forced me out and I ended up having to keep us at a hotel to avoid him killing me and my cousin.

At my last job as an interstate rest area attendant/maintenance worker, some guy approached me as I was taking out the garbage. He was an older guy, probably in his 50's, and he was crying. I asked if he was ok, and he started telling me his life story. I felt bad for him so I stayed and listened. Everything seemed fine until he started telling me about being on the run from the police for killing a Muslim family. >_>

I was like "Oh, really?" and he told me that he's had to kill others too, people who were risks for turning him in. Then he motioned to someone behind me, and when I looked there was a big guy on the hill behind us just staring me down. I kept trying to talk myself out of the situation saying I had to get back to work, but the bigger guy would follow me around and the older guy would grab my arm and start talking again.

He eventually told me that his favorite way to kill someone is to approach them, get them feeling sorry for him, ask for a hug and stab them several times when they do give him a hug. After what felt like hours of being stuck talking with this guy, he asks for a hug. At this point in my life, I was in a bad place anyway, and didn't care if he killed me. So I hugged him, and was just curious if he'd actually do it or not. Obviously he didn't stab me, but he asked for hugs several more times and I did each time as he truly seemed upset. I'm not sure the big guy was there to intimidate me, I think he might've been there to keep an eye on a genuinely messed up old man. Plus the older guy had a camera strapped on his chest and recorded the whole thing. He told me he'd up,iAd it to his website, which turned out to be some random online shoe store site lol.

Anyway, once I got away from him I did in fact call the police. I stepped back outside to keep an eye on him, but he was harassing another visitor and they threatened to call the cops, so they got in their car and left quickly.
