I'm usually not into Vtubers at all but something was super endearing about that Shylily clip. first time seeing her and those facial animations were pretty good lol.

I did a tenpull on Albedo (damn you, DarkRoast!) and got two Barbaras, which I'm happy with. She's C3 now.

3.2 boss battle themes have leaked, if not finalized versions they're really close to it. My ears have ascended to heaven.

Already on it haha. I'm currently at 37/46 hearts so I'm not doing bad, though I think I'll go ahead and grab an extra 20 to build up my Xingqiu some more. After that my non-Philosophy days will be artifact farming.

You guys wanna know how I know my love for Childe is true love? When I'm willing to farm this Forsaken Rift domain for them. Really miserable and even on the highest level the loot reward count feels like a middle finger. What's up with that?

I'm finally making my way through Abyss stuff, only got up to floor 7 now. Was excited to get these bonus primos from the Moment of Syzygy event soon and I learn it's not an actual bonus reward, it's just a misleading thing reminding people to do Abyss. :[

Since you're talking about refining your Skyward Harp, is it generally better to refine 5* weapons then? As opposed to keeping a couple separate for more than one character usage?

I just got done adding up all the mats I'll need for Childe later this year, that'll take a while, too. He'll be my first maxed level and maxed talent character. I was looking up his best bow (Polar Star) and was it seriously only obtainable once back in 2021? Kind of an oof.

No, the enemy spawns with treasure chests on this island spawn twice, and the second time is those green chests that leave behind furnishings.

Started the next part of the fog island quest and Idk if these are new chests or I somehow missed a bunch of obvious ones right at the start.

Wow I just got my first commission in the desert where I had to guess which hole a mole was in after he shuffled himself with other holes.

Wrapped up Enkanomiya (tbh it became kind of a drag with the day/night cycling and a lot of chests were just a bunch of big bulky enemies being thrown at me, which got tiring as hell) and thought I was done with Inazuma after I explore that Furnace area.

Man, I feel so blue right now. Spent the evening using the interactive map to find all 76 Aranara. Marked them off as I checked each spot, read the comments to make sure I was in the right place. In the end, those stupid 3 final chests won't open and now I have to do all that (sans the mini-game ones at least) again. I'll use a YouTube guide next time. But ugh.

For right now I'd be thrilled if teleport spots had an image of where they are. Plenty of space on the right when you click on them.

I play Fire Emblem Heroes but I don't really spend more than the odd dollar here or there. I mostly like how it looks like a F2P BotW.

Honestly I love exploring in Genshin way more than I did in BotW. Since you have a handle on the whole gacha aspect already I recommend giving it a spin. It's very friendly. If you have an urge to spend, even the monthly $5 Welkin goes a long way.

Speaking of, just got my slate all lit up. It's going to be a doozy backtracking everywhere underground.

The questlines Golden Slumber and its sequel line Dual Evidence. Bonus points for GS having a really nice story to go with it (just started DE).

No she's not good at shielding. What she is good at is buffing. Especially non-charged normal attacks. Anyone who uses those a lot will benefit. For example Yoimiya, Noelle, Childe, and Itto all go really well with her.

Oh that's even better, since I'll be making Childe my main after I snag him on rerun! It's fate...

I guess the game really wanted me to have Yun Jin at this time. I heard she's a decent shielder? For those that don't have Zhongli, anyway.

I just finished it and it's better than I expected but I agree it still doesn't meet the original especially in terms of atmosphere. The ending scenes were weak, too, imo. But it did deliver in the humor department.

Right? I didn't know who Yu-Peng Chen was until I started playing last month but the guy is an insanely talented composer.

How much Sumeru exploration can you get from the desert? Is the maximum 80% now?

I read the max is now 77% or so. Sumeru is a big boy.

Just heard the unfinished leaked part of the Sumeru boss theme. "wow" sums it up well. It applies to the boss in general, really.

Finished the new Acts, I liked them a lot. Sumeru has really improved the storytelling and especially pacing imo. I look forward to seeing how it wraps up.

Yeah, she was my first 5* so I couldn't help feeling fond of her, despite initially losing my Cyno 50/50 to her lol. Then I started researching her a bit and decided she'll be staying at 20. :P I guess to make up for it I managed a Standard pull and snagged a Skyward Atlas which is apparently the best catalyst for DPS, so that's cool. First 5* weapon.

Alright I'm very happy. Got Cyno, Qiqi, Sayu, Candace, and Kuki all. And got some extras in the form of Collei, Xiangling, Xingqiu.

She'll be 4*?! Man I assumed she'd be a 5*, her design is amazing. Then again so is Candace's and she's a 4* gal too.

Good luck to us! Would be nice to have a free Welkin.

I logged out looking at the new area, it's going to be pretty fun.

I thought the game was amazing, especially in terms of story and character writing. But if by PSN you mean PS4, I think it still runs like ass on that. Check out that Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime. Ten episodes so it's short, but if you like the writing and themes and atmosphere of that it's a good indicator of you liking those same qualities in the game, as well.
