So, sad news. Something is up with my pc, I think the power supply, and it blue screens when I try to play games. So I've been having to adjust to Genshin combat on my phone. It's weird.

The good news is I guess Mihoyo took pity on me and finally gave me my final EM piece for Kaveh!!! I can start on Kirara now.

I was so busy being consumed in my Kaveh artifact fervor that I failed to notice that it got me maxxed out on artifacts for the first time. So today I had to do some cleaning ;_; Managed to get rid of 300 or so, but man lol.

Yeah pretty much maintenance mode. Log in, knock out dailies, get rid of resin, do any event, be back the next day. Except for Mondays I guess where I do the weeklies, too. Won't change until Fontaine I think.

Excited for Kirara, still getting the middle finger with my Kaveh artifact set lol. I haven't done today's attempts yet, maybe...

I'm curious about that, myself. Is swimming in its entirety going to get an overhaul or can we only swim in Fontaine? Which would be weird. I'd love to explore underwater in other areas.

Funny enough, there was a recent leak thread on the 3.8 thing. Not much info though, just that it's time limited, not GAA, and has fantasy/mecha design. What fantasy means in this context, dunno.

From what I hear, we're done with main story stuff. All I know is a big TCG event for 3.7. MHY said they won't do the Golden Apple island this time (RIP for me) but I assume something just as big for 3.8, just different. After 3.8... Fontaine time.

Grats! I love her a lot as well, don't regret aiming for her at all. And grats on the Baizhu, maybe in the future with Fontaine characters you'll find a spot for him. I have Yaoyao as my healer right now, I just figured if I snagged Baizhu (I didn't) I'd replace her.

For the new weekly boss I wish the phase 2 part was cut out. With the minor enemies and the heart.

I'll probably go to Yae's banner, just going for Kirara. Similar to Baizhu, if I get a pull for Yae, that's dope, if not, oh well. Hoping for Chongy cons, too.

Oof, well the good news is it's still a really new boss so you're not that late on getting its stuff every week! Just slightly unfortunately late.

Kaveh is being made to wait a while before I can throw him in combat (which I'm sure he'd be fine with tbh), I'm getting such bad luck with artifacts lol.

As for me, I pulled a Faruzan con, c2 Candace, c1 Kaveh and won 50/50 for Baizhu. got eem but i somehow still didnt pull any Fischls and am still at c3

oh man grats on your Kaveh and Baizhu! Faruzan is a good bonus, as well.

30 pulls got C1 Kaveh and C5 Candace! Now I can continue saving and hopefully Kirara comes to me that quickly next update. If so, I'll be in a great spot for new Fontaine people.

In 130 pulls I got c1 Baizhu, c0 Tighnari, 3 more cons getting Candace to c6, and c3 Kaveh. Still have about 46 more wishes left from starglitter, hopefully can get one more Baizhu con by the end of the patch.

Sorry Cyno but I vote for Hat Guy winning. And I agree that the entire cutscene in part 3 was really cool. I'm glad it was actually in the event and not just for the update trailer.

Finished the event, I really liked it. And I was already fond of Kaveh, but damn, he's also a really good character! Might actually beat out Childe for my favorite (though it would help if Mihoyo remembered he freaking exists and put him in more events).

Also is it just me or do Kaveh and Alhaitham have some...intense energy going on?

Baizhu's demo was sweet. I'm not chasing him but I hope I luck out and get him really early.

Yeah well it's technically 0.8% to pull a 5*, which means you should see a 5* in 125 pulls, but due to the way variance works in probabilities, the lower the chance of something actually increases the chance of an even worse luck. So you could even pull like 300 and get 0 5*s. It's well within realism

Not quite. % raises the more you pull, to the point where it's 100% 5* by pull 90, though most see it around the ~75 mark.

Hit 24 and started the next stuff of the main story, built up Serval to 35. Goodness, she's so cool. A lot of these freebie characters I love a lot.

What I like about Genshin (and presumably Star Rail) is that the grind is as little or as much as you make it. The content is easily done with half-assed artifacts and level 6-7 talents, which I've done with everyone I use except Tartaglia (I simp hard). The biggest struggle is 36* at Abyss but the primo difference between casually doing the floors and sweating for 36* is negligible.

I liked Seele in the battle trial, but I dont know if I want to try for her or just save up. No interest in Kafka or Silver Wolf atm, so that will make things easier.

This event continues to be fun. I love how Scara is basically hanging around and watching everyone else put effort and making fun of them. I also love how this event has started to incorporate artwork for normal dialogue. It adds so much to a scene and I hope it's something they continue doing for other events and especially MSQ.

I would guess it's through grinding the Calyx, Simulated Universe, or other repeatable non-story stuff like that for Trailblaze experience. I'm also at rank 21 like you, but I still have some main story stuff and a couple of side quests that I can do. I've been making sure to do the Calyx as much as the game allows every day, but I haven't used any stamina restores for it yet.

Yeah it's those, and I still need to find a few treasure chests, including some higher level chest guardians or w/e.

And another Sampo lover hell yeah. He's the best!

Well not quite sure where to go from here, guess I'll figure it out tomorrow? Got to a point in the story where I need to be rank 24 to continue, and I just hit rank 21 and only have a few sidequests at the moment. I feel like I'm missing something, especially when there are people through the 30s already that finished the current story content available.

Either that or those people are insane, not sure.

Genshin's battle pass is pretty lenient, I never do the 500k mora one unless it naturally happens on its own. I ignore a lot of the smaller weekly ones and I tend to max it around two weeks before the patch is over.

Nice demo. I especially like the part where they zoom in on his ass and right after that there's gameplay where he says, "Watch and learn, feast your eyes!" Indeed!
