nah, to economists inflation has a distinct meaning and is related to production flow and such

that's because that's an increase in price of goods unrelated to wage increases.

You're assuming they possess sufficient psychic powers to automatically know the lazy guy is lazy.

Unless there's a tell-tale giveaway (like former employers listed for references who all complain about how lazy the person was), an employer isn't going to have any real way to detect something that intangible. Unless you're literally walking into a job interview and going "Hey, heads up, if you hire me I'm totally going to half-ass any task you give me."

I really liked old school western rpgs like Fallout 1 and 2, Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, Planescape: Torment, etc.
I feel like they were more interesting than most modern rpgs.

Idk what kind of answer do you want? It would take you a very long time? You couldn't come up with a strategy unless you had a specific game, and in an RPG it takes a certain amount of time per enemy so you would just do the math and end up with an impossible number

mostly cuz if you're playing as a whole nation that's usually strategy game territory.

also those were all concerted national efforts, not one dude with respawning guns and ammo
