I've literally seen red admit pointless aspects to his role before and have him sigh and go "ok sure whatever ____ are you happy"

I don't doubt he thinks it's stupid but I don't buy "I ain't claiming shit" as the proper annoyed response here

I've seen red as indignant anti-town that was still town but there's generally a point to it

But just because he wasn't legitimately panicking doesn't mean he fully thought it out

Scum often is thinking from the lens of "how do I get my fake claim out as soon as possible rather than it being done at end of day and more scrutinized" and that's how you'd reach that

But it doesn't mean it was "CALCULATED" if it wasn't genuine panic

Not everything scum does is calculated with any sort of precision. They are players more than scum or town and players just do stuff sometimes.

Pretty sure Chang is right and "cool scum role" is spot on.

Basically his urgency is at odds with the roles he can actually pick (due to being self confirmable)

A real self-confirmable would be more chill imo. They are generally low power for one, and for two they are... well, self confirmable.

Read FD, Chang, and my images on it posted immediately. There is actually stuff to digest with respect to that claim post. You just post a lump of gaga with weird assumptions about the role and that's it.
