Oh no I missed the first one? I'd like to show up for this, my free time is usually after 7pm EST weekdays (except Tuesday), and on weekends. I sometimes have other random stuff going on during those free times though (such as Wednesday this week is not free).

The first game was a roaring success amongst the three people who played, and the People are clamoring for another one, so I was thinking we could do it sometime this Saturday at whatever time is convenient. The next's game's list was sponsored by VGMC extraordinaire azuarc, so you know it'll be good.

Please play. Just drop in and listen to good songs at the very least and guess if you have a clue as to what it is. If you want to make a list and submit it for the rest of us to hear, play at least sometimes.

There's a non-zero chance that I'll be busy during the game, but since I know the list, I wouldn't be playing anyway. In this case, azuarc will be running it himself.

Absolutely. I think there's a certain scale in how much I'll feel better about myself for doing a good deed VS how much I'll feel better about having x amount of money. If it's a buck, it's probably better for me to let them know and make everyone feel better. If it's 20, I'm probably happier hanging onto that.

I'm the opposite. If it's a small amount it isn't worth of effort of talking to somebody some more to bring it up, but if it's a significant amount I'd feel guilty for keeping it.

Now, if I were working there and my boss accidentally gave me 20% more than he should have I'd be fine keeping my lips sealed purely hypothetically of course

I've wanted to check out the MMBN3 randomizer, I don't know what it does

It replaces types of chips with another type (all cannon chips could become recovery 80, etc), viruses are replaced with another species of the same level (all Mettaur 2 could become Boomer 2), HP, damage, chipcodes, and chip and virus elements can be randomized to a customizable extent. Some other stuff but those are the main things.

It's weird because it often makes the beginning of the game super hard but the difficulty sharply decreases after around the first boss. My tutorial battle I had to fight ???s, the last enemy introduced in the game, and they stuck around forever while I had weird chips. But you'll eventually find that a common virus drops an outstanding chip, and as you've already fought some of the toughest virii you're good to go.

You can still get fucked by RNG though. In my first Flashman battle he has 2300 HP. I had to deal the last 700 damage using my megabuster =/

You know the more I read this topic the more it feels Catholicism is just a completely different thing from all the Christian denominations you guys are referring to. From my perspective as a kid the way the Catholic Church worked is that it's the job of the upper echelons of the Church to interpret what the meaning of the Bible is, and basically they then disseminate that to the rest of the world. And from our perspective whatever they say is law/truth. But it doesn't sound like any other Christian denominations operate that way at all. It would definitely explain why I so quickly became disillusioned with the Church for reasons that don't seem to bother a lot of other people in this topic even when it seems like we're similar philosophically. (Of course determining that through GameFAQ's message board posts is probably wildly inaccurate so who knows)

For context's sake, I was raised as a Catholic but have been non-religious since about the time I was in high school, although I had trouble reconciling the Church as an institution somewhat before that time.

I don't think I've ever heard it the "proper" way.

The etymology of the expression is of news reporters using actual film to record segments, which needed to be processed before it was able to be shown, so a brief overview or summary of the event was given with the promise of having the actual film later.
