• Say there is an area where crime is rampant - gangs, drugs, prostitution...Well, if 5-0 crack down hard on this area they will disperse the crime to the more peaceful areas of the city like cockroaches. Ever heard of broken window theory? My research showed it went both ways, so it's better to be a lighter influence on that area.
• Even cops i've talked to admit this - the law is a fucking joke if you have money.

I use to be frightened by them, but with just a chase feedom card i have so much breathing room, and even more comfortable with living expenses than i was before.
