I bounced off the DS games for being too difficult, and I found the test of Elden Ring to be hard but manageable. Definitely more difficult than Skyrim or BOTW but a ... more fun kind of challenge than DS.

They were recently paid to move into a forest so that merchants could use it safely as a trade route. Unfortunately they picked a fight with a dragon and many of their warriors have been slain. They have a serpent motif and are ruled by a council of elder crones. Any ideas?

Two monkeys that allegedly killed hundreds of puppies in the Indian state of Maharashtra have been captured.
Villagers in Lavool village, in the Beed district of Maharashtra, reported the langur monkeys after they witnessed them engaging in what seemed to be targeted killings of the neighbourhood puppies by snatching them and taking them up to deadly heights.
The villagers claimed the monkeys were carrying out revenge killings after dogs had killed an infant monkey.
In the last two to three months, there have been incidents where the langurs roaming in the area would catch puppies and take them to a place with considerable height to throw them from there. At least 250 dogs have been killed so far, a villager told the Indian news agency ANI.
The monkeys were reported to have left puppies on roofs and in trees where they would die from lack of food and water, and in other incidents they would be thrown down and killed. The locals said the monkeys had been so thorough that there were no puppies left in Lavool village.
An official from the district office said there was no proof the monkeys actions were being driven by revenge.
This [the killing of an infant monkey by dogs] is said to have enraged the monkeys who in retaliation are killing the puppies of dogs as per local residents. But we do not have any proof to back up this theory. Its animal behaviour and we cannot ascertain why they are behaving like this, he said.
The villagers reported the animals to the forest department after the monkeys allegedly began harassing local children.
The local forest department confirmed they had captured the two alleged culprits, who would be released into a nearby forest.
Two monkeys involved in the killing of dogs have been captured by a Nagpur forest department team in Beed, forest officer Sachin Kand told local media.

Watkins is accused of fatally choking his boyfriend, Rory Teasley, 28, after an argument about the game Overwatch, the sheriff's department said in a statement. Overwatch is a multiplayer shooter game by Blizzard Entertainment.
Watkins called deputies to his apartment in Pontiac, a suburb of Detroit, just before midnight Thursday. He said "he and his boyfriend had gotten into a fight and the boyfriend was 'sleeping' on the couch," the statement said.

Deputies found Teasley unconscious and not breathing, according to the statement. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
We see far too often across the country these days when people resort to violence over trivial and insignificant disagreements, Sheriff Michael Bouchard said. There is never a reason where violence is acceptable over a disagreement. Those that do so will be held accountable.
Watkins is due in court Jan. 18. It is unclear whether he has an attorney.

Went to see my doctor for a monthly heart check up and she was actively worried about it. Told me to stay away from the hospitals as much as possible especially when getting bloodwork. Said this was the fifth wave and was easily the worst one yet.

Starting to get really nervous. Even with a double vaccine and a booster shot.

I wonder if it comes with increased durability or something
