Yeah, I finally finished that, but my GRE scores are expired. Neuroscience isn't for me, I'm thinking about clinical psych or counseling.

Good news is I'm 98th percentile in verbal, bad news is I suck at math. 38th percentile... maybe I'll try to improve the math score, but it ain't going up by much. Can't get much better than my verbal score though and I think my essays will be hovering around 95th percentile too

Instead of immediately dismissing the video because you hate Scott Adams you should watch it and judge for yourself. Scott presses her with some hard questions and it's genuinely interesting to hear her side of things. I've watched all of the HBO and Starz series and honestly even though Keith is a disgusting pig I do question how many laws he actually broke and what proof they have. I didn't support other Republicans and still don't. I don't consider myself a Republican. If the party changes overall after Trump I might consider it, but I'm independent. I'll go with who makes the best case for my vote. I'd vote Democrat if I thought the candidate was better than the others.

Sometimes but I mostly do the ones I mentioned. I add more gradually I guess.

No I'm not only doing 2 sets, sorry. I'll do as many sets I can do at my max weight and then lower the weight until I can't do any more. I'll typically do 4. But I want to be able to progress to more weight.

No, sorry, I guess I should be more specific. I can do about 8 reps of that weight on the first set and then maybe 5-6 on the next one before my arms start to wear out.

I mostly do the following: bench press, squats, shoulder press, rows and pulldowns.

I can bench about 85 lbs and squat a bit more than that but I'm starting to plateau there now.

How do I "break through" to the next level? Do I eat more protein? Just do the same weights consistently and slowly increase? I'm new to this so idk

BTW I'm 5'11 and about 158 lbs right now
