Maybe try not threatening to kill people then?

They are not. It is usually about the ones that are really vocal against guns, you know, the ones trying to take away their rights.

"Taking away their rights"...is this what paranoid, bed-wetting gun owners call it?

It's fucking hilarious picturing some gun owner with a tinfoil hat on his head, shivering in bed while he tries to sleep and wetting himself over potential evildoers coming over and invading his home.

I mean ya that is a hilarious visual. But no one does this

Go ahead and give me one reason why a civilian buys a firearm for civilized life other than out of some irrational fear that their doom is impending dependent on their ability to shoot a guy who has entered their home and is out to kill them.

Guns are fun to shoot and collect.

They're dangerous weapons though that shouldn't be turned into sport. Whats next, we make grenade throwing legal? Because that's fun and they're cool to collect?

I'm all for the right to bear arms, but this was an incredibly stupid comparison

The point is that having something for protection does not mean you're scared of everything.

Ask anyone who claims otherwise if they would feel more scared or less scared if they had this sign in front of their neighbor's house:

lIm2wcz

That sign is fucking sad. Is there no limit to how low gun owners will stoop?

You'll often see gun owners citing the need to protect themselves as the reason for owning guns.

They often think and fantasize about scenarios where evildoers enter their home and what they can do to counter this.

I'd think with all of these negative thoughts that these people must be going to bed scared every night, maybe even wetting their beds.

Fun fact: statistically, you're more likely to unintentionally kill a family member with a firearm than an intruder as a gun owner! But don't let the insecure gun crowd know about it.

You seem to the be the only insecure one

Why's that? I don't need a gun to make myself feel like 'a big tough guy' and help me sleep at night.

Be prepared to have cat piss and shit all over your house. Declawed cats tend to avoid the litterbox because the litter gets stuck in their paws and it hurts them.

Don't do it.

No problem - if it doesn't work out I'll just return the cat to the pound.
