What's your favorite symphony?

I know this question wasn't for me, but mine is Dvorak's "New World," followed closely by Beethoven's 6th, "Pastorale," which has an awesome bassoon part in the second movement.

Yes, and when I was watching I was thinking of Samantha (and her nosy neighbor!), but episode 2s opening was definitely Bewitched.

Every episode has had multiple nods, though. I actually thought the name of Agness husband (Ralph) was a nod to The Honeymooners, but Ive seen analyses that it may have been a comics reference.

Personally I would have loved the 90s so to be Married with Children. Especially because they could ape Ed O'Neill with that and Modern Family.

Though Agnes is more Kelly than Marcy.

That show started in the mid 80s when I was in middle school.

My kids also pointed out that The Incredibles, the other movie on the marquee, came out in 2004.

Fresh Prince is a good suggestion for the 90s. Also Boy Meets World. Or my favorite, The Nanny, which might fit the characters the best.

When I was about 5 I was on an escalator in a Sears store. My shoelace must have got caught in the gap; my shoe got cut in half. I don't remember it very well, so it must not have been TOO traumatic. I remember that my mom said the store fawned all over us because they were afraid of getting sued. But people back in the 70s weren't as litigious as they are today.

Yeah the stimmy should not be taxed to you unless you make too much income to qualify for it.

Doordash guy should keep track of reciepts and miles sto deduct against the income

Estimated payment guy should withhold more on their paychecks instead of paying estimates. Unless it is from a business operation, then should look into using payroll and cutting payroll check Dec 31 to pay withholding taxes

Anyone else have tax problems?

I said we can't withhold enough. We've paid estimated for several years, partly because of huge disparity in our pay. But this past year it was because of a consulting business, yes. My husband is working on remedying the situation, but I don't know that we'll be able to avoid paying estimated taxes throughout the year. I don't know what you mean about cutting payroll on 12/31.
