The non-remaster PC version actually lets you play Chocobo World though

There are also some little goofy quests that ultimately dont matter that much, like the painter in Dollet, helping the sculptor in Shumi Village (I forget if you already did the stuff there), some stuff in Winhill, the mystery of Obel Lake, and solving the UFO sightings that you may have come across once in a while

Everyone who has ever touched Triple Triad despises the random rule. You can wipe it from a region using the Queen of Cards I think but idr how to do that.

She has to move to that region, which requires losing a rare card to her, or winning one back from her. Then you pay her to change the rules

They invite him for a ride on Appa to find the library faster, and then they find it in the same day, proving years of arduous research are no match to the power of protagonism and the necessities of plot.
Being able to see from the sky, something the world was only just starting to develop the technology for, would make a massive difference in a search like that.

(By the way, just how old was this fire lord anyway? Because Sozin, his father, was already old when he started the 100 year war, and Ozai was only fire lord for a few years. Did Azulon live to 140 or something?)
Apparently Azulon was born the same year the war started, when Sozin was 82 years old! Sozin had no heirs before that. He lived for another 20 years before Azulon took over, and then Azulon died at age 95, about four years before Aang emerges from the iceberg.

I think the official line is that he did not kill it, just knocked it out of the sky

Otherwise why would he be fretting about taking a life so much later on, Aang would see no difference in severity of taking a human life vs an animal

The solution was to continue having everything shut down and paying people to stay home instead of reopening in May and June and things would have been over by school time, like they are now in many countries. Instead we have to make even harder decisions now because our leaders were cowards and our ruling class were too greedy

There is one story arc that its a shame they never resolved, it was getting set up as early as the first couple episodes that Luanne was actually terrible at hairdressing, but was quite gifted when it came to cars. They never end up actually give her an opportunity to succeed there that I can recall. Might have just been forgotten about since it was so early in the show.

The first four seasons are high quality. After that Mike Judge and Greg Daniels were more hands-off with the show so it dips in quality a bit, but honestly all the way through the end its still better than any animated FOX sitcom since.

Also, while the show never becomes outright serialized, there are overarching storylines that develop and change the status quo over time.

No, this came out in the Polygon piece just a few days ago, a quote from the SF1 director Takashi Nishiyama

I guess concretely speaking, the idea was inspired by Spartan X, which I worked on at Irem. I was thinking about the boss fights in that game, and thought it could be interesting to build a game around those. I think you could say Spartan X was the basis of the whole idea for Street Fighter.

Spartan X is the JP name of Kung Fu

edit: looks like he said the same thing in a 1UP interview 9 years ago, so it's not new news

It probably depends on if they offered any other sort of reasonable accommodation, like a face shield. Just letting them in with no protection at all to potentially spread an airborne virus during a pandemic could probably be argued in court as unreasonable due to the threat to others.

I've had some muscle aching and general fatigue for the past two days, plus the nasal congestion and coughing that I had previously written off as just allergies got worse, so I decided to call work and tell them I'm going to get tested and self-quarantine until then. Testing appointments are full at every place in town until the 15th (some places were full until the 29th!!!) so no work until then. If my test comes back positive, I get 14 days sick pay, but for now my time off is unpaid. The extra 600 each week from unemployment for April and May means I'm not in any financial trouble from it, fortunately.

I once played an indie platformer that has you like running through a dungeon with very old school graphics, and the whole gimmick is that it's secretly a social experiment where the game changes based on some unchangeable factors in your PC so that the game is easy for some people, hard for others, and literally unplayable for some other people, and the whole gag is everyone being confused that they're all having vastly different experiences with it. It was a while ago and I can't remember what it's called - does this ring a bell for anyone?
Yeah, couldnt tell you the name of it though. Reading forum threads where people all had different things happen was pretty great.
