Not gonna lie, I immediately regret the nomination point system I've followed once I realized this was a #16 seed.

That mixed with the potential alt accounts that were called out (again) irks me a little. The inevitable 1993 and beyond might need a different nomination format moving forward.

Tournament of Champions will be a different discussion, but the blueprint is the following:
- 128 games (32 winners, 32 runner-ups, 64 semifinalists*)
- Top 4 seeds in each region will be champions. 5-8 will be runner ups. 9-16 will be those who lost in the Final Four.
* - Resident Evil 4 remake made the Final Four in 2023, but the OG version won GOTY in 2005. I'd prefer to not have the same game in twice and might replace the remake with a strong performing Elite Eight finish (Phoenix Wright 1, Metal Gear Rising, etc)
