The series has a fairly good track record, from what I could tell on general reception. I stopped playing them around Unity so I don't know personally. But I know people liked the last few ones.

Well I personally think the Japanese setting never should have been used. I always liked the games for doing less seen settings in other games. Feudal Japan is the most stereotypical setting they could do. Which I why I was against it years ago before they ever even said they would do this. I hoped they would never do Japan.

The story of Snow White is boring. The old Disney movie was only good for the stellar animation that still holds up today and some goofy liberties they took to make it more fun for kids. Idk any way to improve on the base story to fundamentally make it better and I do not trust modern Disney to do it. Did they add some killer songs to this one or anything?

They have hinted that Snow White fights back in this version. I'm sure this remake adds to the story. I agree the original is boring. I don't think this will be. They expanded on the story

I mean of all the people alive in 20 AD, what percentage can we name? I dont expect there to be much historical evidence. Even if you dont believe in his divinity, the birth of Christianity makes the most sense if there was a charismatic leader that got it started. I dont understand how Christianity starts without a historical Jesus.

If people decided to make up a guy so they could start a cult or political movement. Or maybe it happened by accident. Rumors and lies mixed together and enough people thought he was real and founded the new religion honestly thinking it was true. It doesn't have to have had a sinister origin. The land was filled with wandering prophets at that time. Jesus could be an amalgamation of multiple real people

I go back and forth on believing historical Jesus was a real guy. I've seen arguments for both sides. I do think people exaggerate the evidence for his existence. It's not as strong as most people claim
