If that was what she wanted, then she's justified in being somewhat annoyed but she should also acknowledge it was partly her fault for leaving it in the washing machine all day. Say you'll put the wet clothes in a hamper or something and that's it.

The kana is completely different. The words themselves use the same pronunciation.They're not the same. Your ears (or technically the language structures in your brain) just aren't trained to hear the difference. To a native Japanese speaker, and sound very different. But I'll try. Japanese and English h (as in "he") are identical. One difference between English sh and Japanese that in English, when you say sh you slightly purse your lips, but you don't with . Another difference is that when you say your tongue should be closer to the front of your mouth than sh. When you say s in English, your tongue is right behind your teeth right? Try putting your tongue slightly behind where you put it for s and that should make it sound more like Japanese . To practice, try saying words that use the characters into Google translate or some other voice recognition software. Like maybe try saying... () meaning "scalp" and () meaning "investment." Something that really fucking kills me with pronunciation is the implied consonants. reading (hitori) is pronounced "shtori"(hi) and (shi) are not the same. What's the tough decision? Well in order to have a really successful business, you need both. Someone to think of and create something great, and someone to market and sell the idea. It's very rare to have someone who can do both. If Wozniak had never met Jobs, he would have either slaved for some big corporation and made them billions while getting paid maybe a few hundred thousand a year, or he would have put his brilliant ideas out in the public and some other guy would have ripped off the idea, sold it to another company, and made their own version of Apple Computers without paying anything. So in spite of the shitty treatment he got, Wozniak is probably lucky that he worked with Jobs, because otherwise he probably would have been screwed over even more. --- "It's Dyin' time." My first real game I beat was Legend of Zelda. I think. I think I beat Zelda first quest, then SMB1, then Zelda second quest. Honestly I think JPRPGs would be better off without battle music for regular enemy encounters. Just let the music for the area play uninterrupted. In kindergarten the bathrooms had just been little rooms with a single kid-size toilet or urinal. When I did go to public restrooms it was with my dad and I didn't really look at how adult men were peeing. It had never occurred to me to do anything but pull my pants to my ankles when I peed.

He was at least very smart about that. He had a few stupid ideas too, though, and he was very stubborn about them when he was young, but it seems by the 2000s he learned how to listen to people better.

I like, if not love, pretty much every Simpsons character everywhere. But I don't think there are any regularly recurring characters that I really like except Stewie.
Peter Griffin I kind of like but he can be a bit much sometimes. Brian often feels like he's being preachy or it feels like the show is trying too hard to force us to relate to him. Lois is kind of boring... she's a grounded character like Marge and Lisa Simpson but those characters make me feel emotionally invested while also acting as good foils for Bart and Homer. Peter is also boring, all he has going for him is Seth Green doing a silly voice. Meg... Ranked choice would help things a lot. However, no matter what we do, any system that chooses candidates is probably always going to skew conservative. This is because they always get less people voting than the general elections. And conservatives always vote more when turnout is low. That's the real reason Bernie and Warren couldn't win. The people who support them just don't vote in primaries. The only way candidates like that have a real shot at making it to the general election is if the democratic party's center shifts far enough left that even counting conservative and centrists they have a majority, or young people and progressives start showing up in much bigger numbers. --- "It's Dyin' time."
