I feel like the algs giving harder/easier matches based on some factors (like group queuing or time since last game) prevents my win-obsessed friend from enjoying the experience and some fun times. But his entire enjoyment is based on whether he won a game or lost a game even on non-ranked.

It looks cool. Im on PS5 so am looking for something console. Is every nice and smooth and is there a real reason to get into something like this vs say Witcher 3 or another open world game? Im playing BotW now for the first time and am around 90 hours so will need a break for a bit once I finish, but want to see whats next and this looks interesting.

I feel like switch games are now playable. Playing BotW for the first time (beyond the 1h my first attempt) and its fantastic.

but turns out Im a year early.

Thought they just didnt have pre-orders so they could drop a $100 price-tag today.

Is it even worth doing BotW at this point or going straight to TotK? Id be waiting to play on the Switch 2.

I loved HZD and have like 150 hours but got the DLC too late so never did the DLC in the original, I guess thats an option too. Its been a while since Ive done an open world so think I can do another at this point.

Good job, been dating a great girl for 7 years, have video game nights with friends a few nights a week and board game nights with friends a few nights a week, enjoy my apartment, have an amazing cat. Played like 1400 hours of Apex Legends this year, first time getting into a competitive online game and its a great experience.

I do feel directionless at times, but enjoying life and creating good stability.

As long as if the amount doesnt go down. I always loved the chance to stay an extra day on vacation and get $1500-2500 (for two people) on a trip I paid $400 for.

I dont really see what the change will be other than positive legal benefits and I dont see us ever splitting up. I know some things shed be happy with, but also when I start looking at brands and longevity of the piece so many things just say to go local for better quality and then theres stuff about warranties and whatever. I feel like theres so much research to do. I do think synthetic looks better to moissanite though with just the white glitter instead of the rainbow glitter.

I guess its easier to just bring her so she could select what she wants. So is the way it works for most people is to bring your girlfriend shopping, pick something out, then propose and she isnt necessarily surprised?

Ive been with my girlfriend over six years now. Its probably about time.

competitive game Ive really gotten into. I love the sense of improvement Im feeling and getting to play with my friends so much instead of us just doing our weekly game night. The world is super cool and the guns and legends are unique and Ive just been having so much fun.

I got a few used art books recently used for about $10 each and am loving them! I got the 4 Ultimanias for Final Fantasy and Kingdom Heats, the two Apex Legends books from Dark Horse, and the Hyrule Historia. Absolutely gorgeous books with some great information in them. What others are great and are a lot of added value/background? I was kinda looking at the softcover monster hunter and the hardback mega mans but decided I dont think the megamans look like they have much background from what I can see online, and I just didnt get enough into MHW.
