no not needed. consoles keep the basic apps. smart tvs/roku/fire tv have way more options but majority you'll never use. but that's pretty much if you're getting a used tv. it's hard to find anything new that isn't smart. it's getting harder to find anything that isn't 4k now.

go get tested for some peace of mind and isolate till then. you most likely have it but isn't all the testing covered by the government for it? if it gets worse go to the hospital and keep us updated on symptoms.

free and popular on youtube/twitch. probably a lot of their friends play it as well since it's a game everyone can have.

just play the game how you want and have fun. anything you miss isn't gonna be a big deal. not like you'll struggle too much with any bosses. the game is a bit harder than paper mario from what i remember but it's been 10+ years since the last time i played.

man i wish mine grew that slow. that would be like 6-8 months on me. i used to grow mine out. but once it gets to the real annoying part i always cut it off.

i just got a haircut like 3-4 weeks ago when they finally opened back up here. i'm guessing they'll be closed back down soon but i'm good for awhile now.

what if it's like schools or someone ordering pizza for kids that can't afford lunch? like it's one thing if you go and investigate it. kinda shitty if you're just doing it on everyone and some could be legit just people helping the needy.

just be up front and tell them. they should understand it. i know a lot of people that postponed their weddings till next year. but most are still married. they're just doing the ceremony next year. your friend should have done the same thing if they could. the place they booked should let them just delay it till next year.

if it's 150 people i'm guessing at least 50 of them probably already did/will cancel or just not show up. group that big is bound to have someone with it and not really worth the risk. plus you have to think of all the other people that are part of the wedding and serving food and everything. so it's probably like another 20-50 people involved.

came to say this. it's really fun for an indie rpg golf game. mario golf is fun. wii sports golf is still fun to go back to.

i don't really play any sim golfing games anymore. most i'll do is play it in like gta 5 and games that have it added in there. that gets me enough of a fix.

i just started 2k20 because it's free. mainly just doing mycareer. the story still sucks but at least it was short. i did 1 match online accidentally. i seen the rec and just went in to see what it was and it wouldn't let me leave. my team got bodied. i was still brand new and had like a 65 rating. my team was filled with 92, 92, 91 and like 80. we lost by like 40 cause everyone was just acting like harden and chucking 3s.

what do you mean by modern? ps4/xbone? none of them have been great lately. all more or less the same. 2k11 followed by 2k13 are probably the best 2 if you wanna go to last gen. loved both of them but not sure if online play is even a thing but if you're just going offline and doing myplayer and stuff then it's good. back then you could just watch an exhibition game with the computer and set it to 48 minutes and get like 600vc for it. but you can get more now just doing mycareer.

you can't go by those. it just gives an estimate. depends on how much your bills, taxes, etc.

but the thing is pretty much no state you can afford a house on min wage. even a couple together can't afford it. that's why so many people struggle and live paycheck to paycheck.

4k is pretty affordable now. you can get a decent 50 inch for like $300 now. 8k on the other hand...$2500 for a 55 inch is about the cheapest i seen but i have a 65 inch 4k now and i'd want this size if not bigger.

i watched all 4. icarly i was older though so not really "grew up" watching but i liked jennette mccurdy(sam) in the show and spencer. it was interesting enough to watch. i watched victorious for the hot girls as well.

drake and josh is my favorite. i rewatched that a couple years ago. adventures of pete and pete i barely remember anymore.

i'm interested in a cool pillow as well. i seen some memory foam stuff but i can't stand trying to sleep on memory foam. i'm a side or stomach sleeper and can never get comfy with it.

The EXP Share is an ever present force that cannot be turned off. It's one of the things I didnt like about Sword and Shield.

you can't turn it off now? damn they really made the games super casual friendly now. i liked being able to turn it off or not use it in the old games when i'm doing a nuzlocke. i want a challenge. i don't want my entire team to be like 10 levels higher than the gym leaders.

it'll take longer to level up then just using switch training or exp share. is it red/firered? you'll probably have 5 or 6 badges before it's level 20.

that's where they get their money from. mine have never charged me to increase my credit. other than the first time i asked for an increase from like $500 to $1500 and i think they just gave me $5000 instead. but i never asked for another increase on any card but i did get random emails from them saying they increased my credit so i don't even know what my limit on my cards are. i pay them off the end of the month and never buy stuff unless i have more than enough to pay it off.

this. dentist is probably one of the safest places to be. the actual rooms will be sterile. the only issue might be the waiting room but i'm guessing they probably have someone sterilizing that too. i just wouldn't really be touching stuff. like don't read a random magazine or anything while you wait but i'm guessing they'll probably have you wait in your car till it's time. they're probably spacing out appointments more than normal to give time to sterilize between paitents.

we're going back into lockdown before school starts back up.

fair. back on the snes games would cost like $30-70~ new. pretty sure like chrono trigger and some other RPGs were like $70 new. that's $100+ with inflation.

controllers went up too. weren't they like $40 for a new one? know they're $60 new now.

the argument is movies and tv disc sales are way down i'm assuming. most people just use streaming services and don't really buy much. same with music. it's just streaming music for everything.

didn't most already go back to work like a month or two ago? i know some people are still milking unemployment and a lot are committing fraud and i know a lot of people that should have got it but never did.

but yea it seems like most places are open or have people working from home. gyms are still closed here and bars closed back down except for carryout but think pretty much everything else is open.

they should charge them for it. like if you have aids and knowingly pass it without warning them it's a crime.

I went to a chicken pox party when I was 5.

i feel like this is kinda normal <_< like i didn't go to a party but pretty sure i had a friend that had it so then i got it and so did my sister and brother. they're like yea it's better to get it as a kid so go play. think it got me like a week or two off school and didn't really bug me. pretty sure my parents rented me a bunch of movies and video games too.

breaking bad is one of my favorite shows. but better call saul might top it. have to wait and see how it ends.

just seen season 4 is out. i need to binge that soon. gonna rewatch the whole show before the final season. then probably rewatch breaking bad again after.

that's pretty similar to the tv a friend gave me. thing weighed like 200 pounds. got it home and tried it and the picture didn't work. he had it sitting in his garage for like 5+ years and probably got water damaged or something. so nearly threw my back out getting that home for nothing. definitely not looking forward to having to move one but the quality is hard to pass up.

so no opinions on if a 1080p tv would be better option for my room? something to still game on but 99% of my gaming would be in my living room. room would be probably snes-ps2. the other thing is i never seen a 4k tv with av/component cables. even most 1080p tvs seem like they only have 2-3 hdmi ports and nothing else. at least new ones from stores. i might have to look around for used ones for that as well.

yea i see a lot of them going for like $300+ online. that's a lot to pay for something i won't really use much. just when i want to play some retro games. but guess i could get lucky and find one at a garage sale for cheap.

they make 5-10x profit on used games. i remember when my copy of okami on ps2 got scratched by my young cousin. went there asking if they had a disc buffer and he said no. he said i could trade it in and get a new copy. he knew it was messed up which i thought was weird. but they wanted like $50 for a used copy and guy said i could get like $6 to trade mine in. i went to game crazy(game store part of mammoth video i think) and it was $2 to buff the disc and make it look brand new. wish that place was still around.

i have a nice 4k tv for the new systems. but looking for something for my room for more retro stuff. i've hooked up the old systems to my tv with a converter but nes is unplayable. snes mostly as well. 64 is when it looks decent enough...although 64 was ugly in the first place.

i do have a 13 inch tube tv with an rf hookups for nes if i wanna use the light gun.

so looking for like a 50~ inch tv for my room. still gonna use it for netflix and stuff but would like to play snes at least and have it look good. so would a 1080p tv be a better option?

i would like to get a 27-32 inch tube tv eventually when i get a bigger place and could have it in a gaming room. so would like recommendations on where to find one. i was planning to look around yard sales and see if i can get a working one for cheap.

he's coming off an injury and no teams can eveluate players like normal with covid so no teams wanted to take a chance and belichick was just able to get him to sign on a min deal. so no risk to them if he fails.

mario kart, super smash bros, mario party are all safe bets.

goldeneye was great as a kid but they'll hate the controls. perfect dark is the same issue.

diddy kong racing is amazing. for a system with 4 controller ports i really can't think of many great multiplayer games on it. most were single player. donkey kong 64 did have a battle mode but that's something you'll probably play once or twice and that's it.

lmao yea this is true. i was so excited for it when i first found out about it and then it just kept getting worse and worse and then it finally came out and had such horrible reviews. but being free i tried it to get my own opinion and yea didn't like it.

android has it. it was added like 2? weeks ago. i'm not sure how exactly it's gonna work. like how they're gonna be able to know who has it unless if you get tested and give your number then they have a system to track that number?

i hated having an hour unpaid lunch. meant i'm at work for 9 hours and for lunch it would be way too long. sometimes i would leave on my first 15 minute break and go to mcdonalds and get breakfast and eat it in that 15 minutes.

i get a half hour unpaid lunch now with a 15 minute paid wash up break so really a 45 minute lunch. that's better but would much really just a half hour paid.

yes but also it's the casual system.

i know a lot of people that have a switch to play animal crossing and mario kart/party.

new york, new jersey and michigan were the 3 hardest hit states early on and now are the 3 states handling it the best. in michigan were averaging like 200 new cases a day and single digit deaths.

hoping the north continues to handle it better than a lot of the southern states that are hit hard.
