Ive lived a very crazy life.

That sounds more like dysgraphia than dyslexia.

Its crazy to me how often gamers send death threats. Its basically normalized to the point where whenever it's mentioned that a dev got a death threat people just shrug like c'est la vie.

My two biggest grievances so far are the beyblade minigame and the sound the game makes when you get into a random encounter. It's like this weird screech sound and it's so fucking jarring.

That's cool and all, but can you see why kids love cinnamon toast crunch?

I saw it's apparently selling for only $50 on some consoles right from the start, so the fact we dropped $60+ and spent it years ago just to pay more than retail price upsets me a fair bit, though.

Look at it through the lens of inflation. $50 dollars today is the equivalent of $60 in 2020.

I've put about 30 hours into it. Personally I live it. I don't think it will get mainstream appeal though. People who love Suikoden 1&2 will enjoy it, but it has a lot of PS1 JRPG feel to it.

All of you should buy it though. Even if you don't like it. That way I can get a sequel. I appreciate your sacrifice.

like Im just watching a video through my phone, you see them do something without explaining certain things, then when i try to emulate their behavior and I fuck it up immensely and im struggling to figure out how I messed up.

Or they're talking over a section and if you need to the information repeated you have to listen to them talk, again and again, and again.

It's probably just a me issue, but I can't stand the sound of most people's voices on repeat. Just let me read the info and process it.

They already know. Play the new part of the demo if you get a chance. There's a great scene at the start of it.

They did a really good job at making each character feel unique to use.

Not to mention I think they've solved my biggest FF7R compliant. Armor/accessories and items seemed like an after thought. Having the item transmutation will put more focus on them.
