Taunter supercedes bus driver for obvious reasons. Taunter makes itself the original target. Bus driver changes the final target from person A to person B.

Taunter always acts first. It acts at a different part of the night phase.

The opening rules say otherwise.
But we dont have anything to suggest it was a busdriver anyway.
Scum have had 'pull actions away from player' roles before

If we had more leeway and less trust in Ulti I would say that Kirby should block Ulti again and Ctes should wager his vote again.
But there's way too many weak points with that plan.

Nights 1/2/3 he wagered his own vote and lost it each time. Nothing said about what he stood to gain.

I do agree tho that flavor may not be pitch perfect for every character
Especially for scum that may want to claim their own power.

Taunted and Busdriver are both redirection so its hard to say how it should be ruled or if Lea would bother to put both roles in a setting.

One could argue that FD himself could be putting up lies.
But I like him more than Red at least.

I mean by its very nature Cops should be told more than 'you were succesful'

And cops generally do get a name.

Is there even any outcome that can even prove you can do something beyond losing your vote?

Personally tho I would not swap Red with someone that might be targeted by FD

The scum equity is he has to explain why his scumrole works that way and why his vote suddenly came back when he wants to use it. I like the idea that he would scan innocent when he locks his own vote.
Granted he could still have waited to unlock his vote if he wanted to look good. Though that would make it even weirder the longer he waited, if he wanted to claim such a role.

So to sum up
You have to gamble each night
You dont know if its gonna be bad or good.
But if its bad you can choose what the bad thing is? And so far its only been novote or scanscum?

Ctes said his role does have a chance for positive values, but I am not sure from his words when or how that happens.
RNG roles do suck yes.
Why on earth Ctes didnt claim this sooner (like a sortof miller role) so he could make votes sooner is my next question.
