There's different types of intelligence..batman seems to be creative with battle strategy. While brainiac is more of a rote memory type of guy and Lex is a tech genius. Zod, well zod always seems like the guy who's not use to his power so his battle strategy doesn't apply to his new found power.

You are legitimately a culture vulture if you disrespect the culture from which you take inspiration, or refuse to give it it's due credit.

Other than that, you shouldn't be bothered by the term if you genuinely appreciate whatever culture that you emulate.

You'll definitely come under fire as a white dude trying to appreciate/do hip-hop though, that's just how things are within that specific culture.

I feel like even if you do, some people don't care. Almost as if they wanted to be segregated.

It gets way overused today imo. Culture and society especially in the last decade is extremely globalized. Particularly within a certain language group. It all becomes free game at some point. And those who enjoy decrying culture vultures often seem tinged with either envy or bitterness if the culture vulture has found success.

And making a profit of it or claiming that you discovered something well known from that culture. For instance, if a mexican taught me how to cook mexican food and i claimed it as "Omniryu odd way to wrap meat around different type of breads." I would be considered stealing from their culture. Or let's say if i learned Kung Fu from bruce lee and change the name to "Omniryu extraordinary combat style" and i would open dojos under my name and, again make a profit of it.

The concept of Culture Vulture is initially easy to understand..... Then it gets more complex. While the concept of culture vulture has been around....pretty much for centuries. The term itself comes from Hip-Hop and it has been named as such a few years.
Some people will say that white hip-hop artist are culture vulture, here to make money off of hip-hop.

The issue i have is.... Hip-hop has grown as an international phenomenon. So should we just limit who can be a hip-hop artist? Some say everyone has to credit who their influence are. However, when someone does, they still get targeted as a "Vulture.'

What kind of nonsense is that?

April was a prime time to buy but I was really fucking stupid and impulse bought a lot of shit during the drop because everything was already a lot lower than it normally was (like, I bought $3k worth of Norwegian at $29 a share because it was already half what it had been consistently trading at for a long time before that... and it's dropped even more -_- So gotta wait for that to recover). Got a *little* more patient and bought Delta later on when it got lower so that's up at least $320 in total... not a lot but it's w/e.

I would put 47 into a ETF, index, or mutual funds.
