I've gone 7 years younger, which is my current and longest relationship (likely my last), and 12 years older. I look young but act older, so that may be why I have age gaps. Every person who studied nutrition in school knows carbs are bad. Carbs are processed into glucose in the body just like sugar. Maybe pay attention in school? I mean, we've been wrong about diets all the time. If we all truly understood it, then diet and zero calorie drinks and foods would actually work. In fact, I see a lot of people who try to cut this and that from their diet as the ones as the least healthy.
