ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.

A Florida man is facing a federal sexual assault charge after he was accused of groping a woman on a flight from Texas to New Mexico.

According to the complaint, the woman fell asleep on a Southwest flight and woke up to a man, sitting in the row behind her, lifting up her sweater and touching her skin around her bra line. The woman assumed the incident was an accident but 30 minutes later, she felt that same man grab her arm and again, grab her right side around her ribs and bra line.

At that point, the woman stood up, turned around and confronted the man, later identified as Bruce Michael Alexander, and asked him why he thought it was OK to touch her and demanded that he stop. She then asked a crew member to seat her somewhere else.

When the flight landed, Alexander was taken into police custody.

Both the victim and Alexander stated that they were complete strangers to one another.

According to the complaint, after Alexander was placed under arrest, he asked police what the sentence was for the charge he was being arrested for. Later, in the police vehicle, Alexander told officers that the president of the United States "says it's OK to grab women by their private parts."

Alexander is being charged with one federal count of abusive sexual contact.

It's a pretty fun game, but it's extremely cheesy in like every way possible. If you can handle that it's good.

True, but it also gets pretty dark, IMO. It definitely has a serious enough story hidden under the kiddy graphics and humor.

Oh, and also pick up Lost Odyssey after beating Blue Dragon. Same studio, but more of a set job system compared to BD's pick any job for any character, although in LO you still get plenty of customization. Well, for some characters anyways.

Great game with a nice class system.

I recommend downloading the Hard Mode DLC off of XBOX Live, if it's still available, and the Pack of Handy Items and Shuffle Dungeon DLCs are only a dollar each. And I think that's all the DLC for it anyways.

A few minor tips

- this game rewards searching EVERYTHING. Every rock, box, stump, pot, etc. is searchable, and not only do you get items out of it, you can also get stuff like Exp points, Job Points and even stats (usually only like +1 to a stat, but still pretty nice).

- for job unlocks, get Generalist as your first or 2nd choice (first choice of new job at level 5, and from then on its 10, 20, 30, 40 and maybe 50, I forget). It lets you equip more skills in other jobs, and also accessories.

- Barrier Magic is also good, for its final ability, which will help with grinding job levels later in the game.

I had a contraption for the GBC that was a shell with speakers, a light and a magnifying screen. It plugged into the headphone jack for the speakers and took like 6 batteries or something lol.

Congratulations Tree Tops, you made me rage quit a game for the first time in like 4 years.

Tried for over an hour and I cannot make that damn jump from following the green dude to the last dragon in there. Sometimes Spyro just refuses to register my commands. Like, I'll press jump before the end of the ramp, and he'll act like I pressed it after the jump and start gliding and fuck me over. It also doesn't help that the green dude will occasionally just not appear at the first ramp and just be on the island. Took me a few tries to realize I had to chase him, cause sometimes he just straight up disappears. At least the red guy wasn't too bad.

Also, the camera is fucking atrocious. I am constantly wrestling with it for control, and it still refuses to work half the time.

I hope they fix the camera and controls at least in the remaster/remake, or a lot of peoples nostalgia glasses are gonna fall right off after a few of the later levels here.
