Wherever I've gone, I haven't seen much hate for it, either. /shrug
I don't hate it. I just don't think it's very good if you're going to put it against other songs of quality -- at least not when every other season has that dramatic brass melody that I consider the "B5 Theme." I'd literally pick any of the other season themes ahead of three just because, outside of context, it's less likely to strike a non-B5 fan. And as you astutely indicated, odds are pretty good that your audience consists of non-B5 fans.
